Was searching for a Sophia Webster bridal clutch that had been discontinued and finally stumbled across it on this website. It was 50% off. I checked out reviews before I purchased and then took the plunge.

It arrived in 2 days from Poland to the UK!

Tracking with my chosen courier company was FEDEX and it landed in Stansted airport and was delivered later that day.

The item was packaged beautifully and I am so incredibly happy with my bag.

Would 100% use again.

I have ordered twice from Vitkac. Both times were great. Everything went smoothly. The quality of the products were immaculate. Shipping was smooth. Packaging and care was outstanding. Really impressed with the service. Only negative point about Vitkac is the App. It keeps crashing while browsing.

Had ordered some nice looking shoes, everything was delivered really fast. Unfortunately, the quality of the shoes appeared to be quite bad. Wrote an email to customer service to get a refund. Agnieszka from customer service answered all my questions, so I made a return. The process was very easy and welcoming. Very nice service.

Get refund after almost a 2 mth, because of parcel been held in customs. If you order out from EU so get ready for waiting. Do not recommend. Should return the item, send it back with vitkac provided return label. Parcel already more than month stays in Poland. Ask them to contact ups ar make claim, do not get back nothing. All is good if item fits but if you need to send back, so get ready for waiting.

I have returned the order and got money back really fast, like within one week from placing it to the pick up point. I am from Czech republic for reference.

I wanted to leave a quick review to say this website is 100% trust worthy. I ordered a bag for my girlfriend’s birthday for 30% cheaper than other luxury retailers. The bag arrived in 4 working today’s to the U.K. Thank you for great service and price, I will be ordering again soon!

Very bad service,no response and very untrusting

My first time ordering from Vitkac.com. I purchased a Burberry Bag that is about a $1,000 more in the US. To be honest I was very nervous ordering outside the United States but decided to take a chance because they had the best pricing on the bag thankfully I did bc I had a great experience!! Customer service was very responsive and they shipped quickly! I wasnt sure if there would be additional costs once it was delivered but there wasnt. I would definitely buy from Vitkac again!

All perfect. I ordered jacket on Vitkac but i didn't used discount code for first order 10% off .So i canceled order and in 2 days i was refunded then i bought jacked again with discount code .express delivery was delivered my order in 2 days.Jaclet is beautiful and I checked fabric number of originality and was correct

Ordered from the website and was a little sceptical as never dealt with this company before. How wrong was I, received communication promptly and to my amazement the item was delivered on Tuesday before lunchtime. Cannot order in the UK this speedily! Item was very well packaged and care had been taken. Also the price was much cheaper than any other website. Will definitely use them again and am still amazed by the whole experience. Highly recommended....

I most appreciated that everyone was correct after an error occurred and my order was returned before leaving the deposit, as it was wrong labeled. It's human to make mistakes and the whole team was kind and helpful, returning me promptly the whole amount of money.

Amazing - have purchased from them twice and in spite of some initial concerns (slightly dodgy-feeling payment interface) I've received my items beautifully packaged, perfect condition. A little slow arriving but fully worth it for the saving, which is a little over 20% less than what I would pay if I went directly through the brand or other UK websites. Love love love.

I have tried to purchase an item multiple times with different cards on different platforms and every time they don't process my purchase but the payment is taken. It's not an issue with my cards. Every time I reach out to find out what's going on I get a boilerplate response. I now have a lot of money tied up until my money is refunded. I hope it really gets refunded.
