Bad customer service and shipping …

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews are well before ordering. It has now been 2 wks and I still do not have the vitamins. Just got a tracking 12/20 after sending two email 12/9 order day.As others have said, it does no good to contact them. Still waiting to even see UPSP delivery. I order vitamins because I need them not just for the fun it. I will never order from this company again going forward.

I never received any shipping…

I never received any shipping notification. The order number isn’t even in their system. I cannot get a hold of anyone. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews. They have no social media which is a major red flag. I spent hundreds & I got blocked via email! No way to call. They never answer and you can’t leave a message. That’s crazy to me.

after I placed my order I never got an email or any information on my order I called you can't leave a message I email 4 times finally they sent me that it was shipped when I got my order they shorted me one item and then charged me 9.95 for shipping I will never order from this company again I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

Communication is key!

Communication is key and would have corrected most of the issues mentioned here, all of which are amazingly similar. I suffered recently from such an issue with this company. If they had notified me the product I ordered was out of stock, everything would be ok. I could move forward to order elsewhere. But in their silence, they allowed it to reach crisis proportion, to the point of my needing to give them a negative review.
Yes, I was able to cancel my order via email, but I lost valuable time waiting for product that was not coming.
On a positive note, I did place an order with them in early 2021, and shipping was on time.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews…

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Paid $18.50 for 2-3 day shipping. It has now been 2 wks and I still do not have the vitamins. As others have said, it does no good to contact them. I am furious! Still waiting to even see UPS say they have sent it on its way.

Just don't - VS needs to work on their customer service skills

Just don't! If you rely on your vitamins to keep you "alive", don't trust Vitasprings with your order.
Their communication was iffy a few years ago but it's gone non-existent at this point!

I placed an order for 3 critical vitamins and paid for 2 shipping. The order status said that it was being processed and would ship in 2-3 days. That was 12/20. It's now 12/27 and it's listed as shipped but the status on USPS is "shipping label printed".

In addition, When I reached out for the status, I was literally told to "be patient". LITTLE HINT FOR VITASPRINGS - DO NOT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BE PATIENT!

Now my order on the site shows only 2 of my products shipped but the email assigned the same tracking to all 3 products.
I haven't received an email about the 1 product being out of stock so WTH??

Don't waste your time or money ordering from Vita Springs dot com. They list products on their website as being "In Stock" which actually AREN'T in stock - and not even CLOSE to being in stock (by MONTHS or more!) Both of the two products I ordered were back ordered. After THREE MONTHS on one of them came in (that I no longer needed) but it was too much of a hassle to return it. The other item was STILL out of stock - after three months - so I cancelled it. This company DOESN'T ANSWER ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINES and also doesn't reply to all of the emails that become necesary to send because of the backordered items. And lastly, if you ordered enough to qualify for free shipping, THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR SHIPPING ANYWAY because the portion they may eventually become able to send will fall below their threshold for free shipping. This was a hassle from start to finish and totally NOT WORTH IT.

I placed an order on 9-21-21 and it stated that I would receive it in 3-4 business days. It took 27 days. When I finally received the order the items I received were not what I ordered. When I reached out to them they told me I was still receiving the same item, just a smaller size. They would not do a return. What a fricking joke!

Dissapointed But Happy

The company EMailed me after I inquired about my order and thes said that the product was back ordered. I then EMailed back asking them tp
please cancell my order because I was almoust out of product and I needed to shop elseware.
Later the same day they sent me an EMail granting me the cancellation
and no charga. As it was they had not taken the money from my bank at that point which was 6 days from the order.
This does not sound like the actions of a corrupt company!

Horrible company

Horrible company. Ordered product 9/2, it's 9/29 and still have not received product. Wrote to company and they answered "be patient" order has been processed. I wrote back to cancel and they responded can't cancel, product is with driver. Now all of a sudden product is with driver. Do not trust this company.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Do not use this company. I ordered a product and after waiting almost 3 weeks with no email about a delay or no email with a tracking number, I called them. Yet they have nobody that answers and a message comes on saying they cannot answer but you can email them. When I did I received a very rude response saying to be patient and that they cannot provide me a tracking number now. This is a total scam and I will find out where to report them. in the mean time I am having my bank refund my money. Always use Paypal in the future to prevent this because Paypal will investigate as well. I am as well reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission. Then they respond below so professional because I said I would report them and have. I have an idea, Vitaspring, why don't you communicate delays to customers and send tracking numbers like other reputable businesses do and then send a product when a customer pay good money for it or again reach out if an actual delay will occur. Read the reviews to see the scams you have done to others and continue to do. I cancelled because I would never get my order and it's time the Federal Trade Commission was informed of your fraudulent business. The same BS you told me is what you told tons of other customers on here. The nerve of your company!! I am sure you operate out of China too.

BEWARE OF EMPTY SHELVES…

Just because you can order a product from them does NOT mean you will get it. AND, they don't tell you WHEN you will get your order. THEY DON'T TELL YOU IT'S OUT OF STOCK. And you think it's coming but it's NOT. (second time this has happened, and I only find out when I email and email and email them.)

I placed my normal order with this…

I placed my normal order with this company. I received a duplicate order in the mail. When I tried to send the duplicate back to Vitasprings.....they were going to charge me a re-stocking fee (15%) and shipping charges they paid to ship it to me. This is poor customer service. They said I placed both orders....however it was a glitch in the system that would not allow me to finish my order.....thus I tried again. I can go to Amazon and get the exact product for $5.00 less and if it is not right.....Amazon would let me return it to them with no re-stocking fee and certainly no shipping charges. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would venture to guess with there attitude toward loyal customers.....they will be out of business in the next year or so! If I had read the blogs before I ordered the first time, I would not have been a customer. So I'm fore-warning you....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wish I could give them ZERO

I wish I could give them ZERO. The worst service ever!!!

A month after placing the order no products were received. When I emailed them they said the products (several of the same item) are out of stock (They never communicated this). When the product was back in stock they had issues with the billing address and claimed I gave them the incorrect billing address which was not true. After many emails back and forth still nothing. I showed them the original order and the billing address WAS correct. They are a waste of time and energy. Do not purchase from them. Two months of back and forth and finally I requested a refund.

TO VITASPRING: PLEASE STOP YOUR RIDICULOUS REPLIES. YOU HAVE CHARGED THE CC ON FEBRUARY 26TH. THE CARD NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO YOU ON JANUARY 13TH AND YOU HAD ALL THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT THAT TIME. FEEL FREE TO TAKE THE TIME AND REPLY TO ALL YOUR ENDLESS UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND THEIR COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE AS WELL AS OTHER SITES.

the item was on backorder for around a month, when we charged credit card and process the order once the item is back in stock, our system shows customer's billing address was incorrect, for secure purposes, we have to verify the billing information before shipping out the order. Since the customer couldn't figure out and provided the correct billing address. the order looks like a fraudulent order, we have to cancel the order and issue refund.

As far as I’m concerned this company is nothing more than a another Internet scam. They took my money they fail to deliver they can’t be trusted. It’s been over three weeks since I placed my order you can’t get a hold of them I suggest you avoid them. If there’s a problem on their end they don’t bother to contact you.

Vitasprings is a terrible company overcharge you and lie about their products to get you to order from them knowing the items are not in stock and charge you for a discount and add extra shipping cost to order. They did not email me a order transaction of what I order, I was happy that I took pictures of my order invoice. Do not order from this company, if so you will be sorry
