Vitamin Express packaging and broken glass bottle
I've been purchasing vitamins from Vitamin Express for approximately 7 years (since moving from Toronto to the UK). The products itself are very good quality. However, I've had to contact Vitamin Express on 2 occasions that their packaging is poor and shows no care especially for glass bottles. First response was - "We're sorry that the krill oil was delivered damaged...I have refunded you one tin...new warehouse in the UK and in this warehouse they have changed to cheaper packaging material."
Out of good faith, they should have sent me another krill oil and refund me as a loyal and dedicated customer. Especially for customer retention. The packaging appears its just thrown in a box and taped up. So poor!
