Vitality Extracts Essential Oils Reviews 

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I have ordered several of their promotional items. I received them really fast and was always exactly what I ordered and in good condition. I haven’t used essential oils before so I don’t really have anything to compare it with but I do love them so far. I have had no dealings with customer service since all of my orders (4) have been perfect.

I ordered 2 items dec. 15th. Never received it. I checked my account and it showed not even fullfilled yet as of dec. 26. I sent a ticket to customer service which i see takes a few days. I called monday dec. 26th and recording said box full try again. I see numerous customers have the same problem. next step is to call my credit card co to cancel this transacion.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT buy from them!
They promise orders to arrive in 5-7 days. I have been waiting over 3 weeks. I’ve sent countless emails, tried calling and they DO NOT respond. If they don’t value customer service, how can their products be any good?

I have been calling. Some days the CSRs were busy. Call back later. Now I get thru but the call hangs up every time I call.

I placed an order with Vitality Extracts and got confused during the checkout process and somehow ended up purchasing 2 of what I only wanted 1 of, and somehow also managed to be subscribed. When I called customer service, an automated message just tells you to call back and disconnects you. They do not respond to customer emails either. I am unable to cancel subscription due to the fact that you have to "sign on" to do so, but I never made an account? No one will help me. I am reporting.

If I could give a 0 I would! I have sent three customer support tickets and have received NO response! Customer service will not answer the phone. I placed an order over two weeks ago and it has not even shipped yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have been waiting on an order that was placed 3 weeks ago, no help from vitality, calls never get answered, they hang up, tried new orders with the same result. never again.

I've ordered from them before and never had any complaints. Love the products. I placed an order on Nov 16, 2022 and it is now Dec 4th and still no signs of my order yet. I checked on line and it shows being shipped on the 19th, but it's still showing the same status. Don't believe I'll be using this company again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! Customer service is nonexistent, you call and it says call again later and hangs up! I ordered 2 orders, one on 11/8 and one on 11/18. All Christmas gifts. the 11/18 order came today, with the 11/8 order STILL showing unfulfilled after almost a MONTH! Have not been able to get even close to an answer, they’ve been reported to the BBB numerous times for the same issue! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and will NEVER order from them again!

I found out after purchasing this oil a few weeks later I received an email that I was in subscription and they were sending me an oil. No where did I see a mentioned of a recurring or subscription when I ordered

I ordered two oils Lavander and Frankincense. I received the two used the 10ml of Lavender but when I opened the vial of 30ml of Frankincense there was no oil in it. It was bone dry never had an oil been in this vial. I contacted customer service on their website and via email, it took almost 2 weeks to get a reply, and was told that they could do nothing as it was past 14 days. I want the product that I paid for..

Horrible customer service. After receiving an incomplete order and having to wait 3 weeks for the dropper, I cancelled my subscription before the ship date and they sent it anyway and have ghosted me for almost a month. Zero stars!

Customer service is non existent. Cannot reach by phone. Email never get replied to

I have ordered several oils

Last order 98.00. Have not received. Been billed. Ordered on Oct 31. Shipped on 4th. Currently the 12th have not received. Only shipped from 2 hours of my residence

Cannot get anyone to return call or respond to email

Will never purchase from again

I received notice that my package was hand delivered by UPS. The day the notice said it was delivered I was home and no package arrived. I have sent several emails. Called the number found on website and was on hold for over 20 minutes only to be disconnected. It’s been over 3 weeks since that notice and not a word from the company. Stay away!! Learned this lesson the hard way.

I’m writing a review because I’ve used essential oils for many years -always bought from a store nearby. This is the first time I’ve bought online and have ordered three separate times. Each time the order arrived promptly and without any issues. I’m very happy with the quality and the oils are fantastic. And of course the price points are wonderful !!!!

Please don't be fooled. Use your common sense and instincts. I am an aromatherapist in training and have been using essential oils for 20 years. I promise you, if it sounds too good to be true, that's because it's too good to be true. You are never going to find pure oils like Helichrysum and Frankincense for 10 dollars. Also you see how they have the "regular prices" next to their "sale price"? This is a scam tactic. They ALWAYS sell the oils for 10 dollars because they are not genuine and pure. Also, a lot of the essential oils that truly are much cheaper even when they are pure (for example, Lemon) you're never going to be charged 25 dollars for 10ml of truly pure lemon oil because that's way too expensive for such an easily sourced and abundant oil. Reviews on their website are also fake. All you have to do really is look at the generic names. Everyone is "Kathy" or "Cindy" or Peggy"or "Pam"aka very basic common names for women in their 50s-70s and what do you know? Each and every review is glowing and "Cindy" is so happy that Helichrysum is helping her pain issues and varicose veins. Not just Cindy W.! Cindy G., Cindy B. Cindy M. and Cindy H. are all so happy about this for the exact same reason! Don't even get me started on what all the Lindas think! Not to mention the Pams, the Carols and of course I can't forget the Karens! You get it...

This company should be ashamed. If you want to scam someone, at least make it believable. I'm not about to go on about how that could actually work but it really is a shame how older women are usually the ones who fall for these scams because they are used to being able to trust others. Fortunately my generation (and I'm in my late 30s) doesn't fall for this nonsense and these types of scams will die off with the Cindys (that sounds super harsh but I'm not the one doing the online scamming). Please don't trust everything you see online and when it comes to your essential oils there are very simple ways to make sure what you're buying is legitimate. Look for GC/MS test reports on websites and if they don't have them, ask for them. You don't need to be able to understand them. If they can't provide them, it's because they don't sell pure products that are being ethically sourced. Your 10 dollar bottle of "pure" frankincense is probably 5 drops (if that) of some super shadily sourced frankincense mixed with pure grape seed oil (which is very cheap even when it's pure) and who knows what else. I have seen bottles of "100% pure Jasmine" essential oils that have literally zero Jasmine oil in them. Just do your research please.

If you're like me and refuse to support mlms (Young Living and doTerra have pure, high quality oils but they scam they're own employees because they are pyramid schemes) you can still find great oils that are 100% pure and ethically sourced. I recommend Aromatics International, Plant Therapy, Time Laboratories (they have a shop in my town that is the lower level of NAHA's headquarters) and Simply Earth. I have also heard amazing things about Eden's Garden and Rocky Mountain Oils. Aura Cacia is also good and if you're on a tight budget you can still get great oils from NOW Foods and Woolzies. There is so much out there if you know what to look for that are not a scam and are not fake with who knows what is inside the bottle that are still not mlms. Please research why multi level marketing is bad and why Young Living and doTerra also don't deserve your money. Google is your friend and so are certified aromatherapists (people who sell doTerra and Young Living are NOT certified aromatherapists)

I have used Vitality Extracts oils for several years and never had any issues, I like their products. My most recent order was broken, so I emailed a picture of the broken item and asked for a replacement. Never heard back on that email, nor a 2nd one I sent. Finally called-was on hold for quite a while but I finally did get someone on the phone and she was quite helpful, sending out a replacement immediately. This Co. may be experiencing issues with staffing as so many other businesses are - thus the bad reviews. I was satisfied with my customer service and products.

I've been using essential for many years and I've tried several companies, my experience with Vitality Extracts has always been positive! I'm sorry to see these negative reviews!
That is WHY I'm writing today~ please don't call them a "scam"! I've never had that feeling with them.

Scam 100% they don’t honor their discount offers- you can’t get ahold of them. They don’t return emails, they have no phone number. Total rip off and they are super slow in shipping.
