Terrible customer no service, never sent product, no response to email. Then called, short and rude over phone.

Avoid this company. They're quick to take your money but in my case never sent the item. Weeks later I emailed them and they said "sorry, we can't get that product" so they're selling stuff they don't have. Now it's PayPal dispute time because they're not so quick to refund money on their own.

I received a partial order but have been charged for the full order. I have contacted customer service several times and have been told its being looked into. No follow up on their part. It has been months and they have not sent the rest of the order. I will never place another order with this company-it doesn't matter if they advertise low prices if they take your money and don't deliver!!

Terrible company and terrible customer service! Apparently my order had been canceled without any kind of notice and I found this out when I called to check on its status. The guy I spoke with was really short and not helpful at all. Maybe he should rethink his career choice. I asked for an email showing the refund and he told me no, it'll show up on my credit card. That's fine, but I wanted confirmation proving it! He told me to contact the manufacturer myself to get more information.... I ordered it from Vitaglo, not directly from the manufacturer. NEVER do business with this company!

I purchased six boxes of Kal Pure Stevia plus lo han( monk fruit ) packets. Their price was at minumum $7 per box lower than any competitor online. They were fast and fantastic and I will be a returning customer. Keep on providing outstanding products, prices and service!! Thank you Vitaglo

Placed an order in March 2012. Still have not received my order, it took more than a year. Wrote letters of support, but no one answered. Scams, slay them shopping in this store.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I made my purchase. My brother has been using them for years and hasn't had any problems, so I thought I'd be ok...boy was I wrong. I purchased my order nearly 3 weeks ago and my credit card was charged 2 weeks ago. Customer service is awful - I've sent them two emails asking them what the problem is and just called them to see what was going on. They were extremely rude and said that they are "working on it". When asked what that meant, they didn't really have an answer. Since it was a food item, I asked what happens if it shows up melted, ruined, etc, and they told me that it wasn't their problem - I should take it up with UPS. They hung up before I could ask any other questions.
