I love Vitacost. Always great service.

The only complaint is the Vitacost Chelated Multimineral - Albion® Chelates and Complexes. They made me sick, and I felt like I had a heat stroke. I felt sick and then vomited and was dizzy for several hours. I would never recommend this product, and think it should be taken of the market forever.

I've been ordering from Vitacost for over a decade. I live in a rural area and it's not easy to find healthy pantry staples at a reasonable price, so I very much appreciated Vitacost. Since the iHerb's takeover, Vitacost had rapidly gone down hill. They no longer have the stackable discounts. Over half of the products that I typically order are out of stock. They shut down most of the warehouses so shipping is taking over a week. It's clear that iHerb bought this company just to tank it. Because of that, I'll never buy from iHerb.

It’s very easy to navigate their website and they usually have a good variety of items that I would normally buy elsewhere. Can’t beat their prices, especially with a 20% discount! Everything always arrives fast and in great condition. Very happy with this company.

Horrible. Terrible trustworthiness, awful lying automated yet still condescending customer service, extremely lacking timeliness. A waste of valuable time.

The contents of the order included 3 glass bottles of liquid which were not well packaged for the unpredictable handling they received on FedEx.
They were miraculously not broken though the box they were shipped in was crushed on one side. There was only one layer of protection around each bottle and they were placed loosely in a plastic bag. Better wrapping of the bottles and securing within the shipping box would be prudent. I am thankful that they arrived intact but better protection would insure a consistent safe arrival.

Vitacost usually delivers fast, accurately, top notch packaging of products and neatly. The only reason this order was not 5 star was because the wrong product was shipped and I cannot send my request of replacement or explanation in to Vitacost, for 2 days now. The request won't go through. This is not normal for Vitacost, their customer service is usually unbeatable!

The order arrived very quickly, and the prices were good. However, two large plastic bottles of body lotion --which were inside a plastic bag -- had begun to open, and some of the lotion leaked out. Fortunately it was contained by the sealed plastic bag; but more care needs to be taken -- perhaps taping the pump closure to the bottle -- to avoid leaks. I called Vitacost, and the mild critique and suggestion for the future were well-received. So I "deducted" only one star; also b/c I've had good experiences with past orders from Vitacost.

I've been ordering from Vitacost for over 2 decades. I loved the selection of products, particularly grocery items (with the addition of Kroger brand in 2014--the selection expanded) and their sales couldn't be beat. I had no problem reaching the $49 free shipping threshold. Fast forward to this year when iherb bought out Vitacost. Now, the shipping is REALLY slow (took over a week to receive an order that would have arrived in 3 to 4 business days before the takeover) and the selection of products has been gutted. It's too bad that iHerb doesn't value the Vitacost business model that included excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and a wide selection of products. My recent order is the last one I'll be placing with Vitacost/an iHerb brand.

Please be aware about placing any order on this website as it is just a scam. They let me place an order, sent confirmation email with a note of it being delivered within 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks past, I reached out to customer support only to learn that the order was canceled and they can't even provide a reason why. I obviously never received any email about the cancellation. When I asked how this situation can be resolved, they suggested I create a ticket for their team to investigate. After the team will give green light, I can place another order and wait again. So for the terrible experience they offered me to wait longer and go through the experience again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nice variety of products to choose from. I have several products I order routinely. I have never had any problems with my orders. They always arrive in a timely manner.

Not seeing any sales since the acquisition by IHerb. I suppose IHerb has enough of the supplement market in the U.S. now to stop promotions. A sad turn of events!

Very easy and quick shipping to Canada. Was extremely impressed how quick it was. I am assuming customs opened my order, as a couple of bottles had broken lids, but Again, very impressed with Vitacost! Thank you!

I have been ordering from vitacost
for many years because of the fast shipping and good selection. Since it's been sold to iherb I have had a very very long wait time for shipping only to see on tracking that my order was damaged and not deliverable. This happened twice now. I'm switching companies.

They didn't deliver the product that I bought. After the purchase order was submitted, I did a chat with customer service and they said that the promotion of the item that I bought was expired, what a lie 😳
