Half Hearted Attempt at Best
I think very little was done by VisureItalia to acquire the five documents that we requested and paid for. I think the service is perfunctory, in other words, they put in a request to the commune and if the commune responds - great! If the commune does not respond, that's about it! Two of the five birth certificates we need, were recovered. For the other three, we were told by VisureItalia that the communes said, "don't call us, we'll call you." That seemed to be fine with VisureItalia and took the position that there was nothing else they could do. To the best of our knowledge, no further pursuit of the missing documents has been made and we have received no communication, aside from marketing emails, from them.
In addition, the first person assigned to our documents, ghosted us after a few weeks. We had to appeal to the managers of the operation to get any kind of response as to the status of our documents.
Obviously we need these documents, so we ended up hiring a private individual who obtained the other documents for us. Skinp VisureItalia and go with a private person from the get go.

Dear Lois, our service does not consist merely of submitting the request to the municipalities. The procedure includes continuous and systematic follow-ups with the competent offices until the document is obtained. In your case, we sent several updates informing you that we were awaiting a response from the Municipalities of Vasto and Gagliano Aterno.
We also reminded you that, for historical documents over 100 years old, municipalities have up to six months to reply, and that our team sends weekly reminders, committing to keep you informed about the progress of your request.
Our Support Team has always been available to you via phone, email, and chat for any clarification. However, although we regularly carry out these follow-ups, we cannot directly influence the internal processing times of the municipalities, as they alone are responsible for the entire procedure. This is precisely why we are still waiting for their response. We remain fully at your disposal and will continue to support you until the process is completed.
Slow like a turtle, silent like a ghost
One month and a half has passed since my order and it still hasn't been fulfilled. Because of this, I will have to request again the other documents that are expiring, and pay for them again. I paid high fees for this service expecting a faster outcome for something I could have done myself for free. Waste of money.

Dear Mike, We apologize that the processing time has extended beyond the standard expected timeframe, but unfortunately the procedure at the competent office is taking longer than anticipated.
We want to reassure you that we are doing everything possible to obtain the document as quickly as possible, contacting the offices by phone and sending reminders via certified email (PEC). Today, due to a strike, the offices are not reachable, but we expect to be able to provide you with updates at the beginning of next week.
We would also like to inform you that one of the two requested documents has already been sent via email and is valid for six months.

Unreliable and unprofessional
Hello,
My husband submitted a request for a "Carichi Pendenti" certificate (equivalent to a Good Conduct Certificate) on 28 September. Your website clearly states that the apostille would be issued within 5 working days, yet today is 21st October and we are still waiting.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused serious consequences, as my husband is now at risk of losing his job due to your lack of efficiency and transparency. The service we have received is unreliable and highly unprofessional.
We urgently request an update on the status of this application and an explanation for this unreasonable delay.

I requested two older (pre-1900) documents from VisureItalia and they were able to track both documents down. Excellent service, especially when one commune could not find one of the documents at first. They were able to get that final document for me. Thank you!

As stated in the document we sent, following our inquiry with the Municipality of Villafranca Sicula, the Civil Status Officer has informed us that they do not issue the full copy for the purpose you specified (citizenship). Therefore, it is not possible for us to proceed with your request. The full copy is only issued in judicial cases; they confirm that the extract you already have is sufficient. We have also sent you the written response from the Municipality. We hope we have clarified your concern and remain available for any further information.
