My request and payment has been with…
My request and payment has been with them for 2.5 months. They hardly respond to my messages. And for the last 3 weeks have ignored all my desperate requests. I’m at a loss as what todo or what to think? Are they a real company? This is terrible customer service if a real company.
Without that certificate, I’m unable to work.
Update
I was not given an order number thus unable to place that on this system. I was not given a payment receipt either. Now that Trustpilot has further details regarding this order, this company will be well aware of this order.
