Damaged goods and slow delivery
Had to chase delivery as goods did not arrive on time! When they finally turned up, one of the items was damaged and they refused to exchange or refund! Very poor customer service... warning, do not use!

Thank you for your review, but it's only half the story.
The other half is here...
1. Your delivery was late because courier has damaged your consignment in transit. Unfortunately problems sometimes do occur.
2. As for the damaged item, you were aware of that you should check for damages before signing for goods, but you didn't. That invalidated our claim against the carrier.
3. As we have paid Interlink Express £56.42 to deliver your order to you on SAT morning (which is by £11.88 more than what you have paid for your whole order), I think it clearly shows that we are going that extra mile for our customers!
P.S. You forgot to mention how much you have saved by buying from us! ;)

After another company kept me waiting a week with no delivery, then telling me they were out of stock, I discovered Vista Tilling, who by contrast were excellent. Great product, great price & excellent service. Will definitely use again & off the back of this experience would highly recommend.
