Orderd christmass cards with photo. But thanks a production error the photo was not good quality. They send a new order free of charge , not good. Again contact vistaprint en they send a Third order that cames with good quality. So costumer service was excelent.

This is definitely the worst website that I ever used to do this type of editing. The website is constantly changing what I write to other languages, miss placing words and also deleting them!
I have used this company before and frustrates me to see how much they have declined their services.

The prices at Vistaprint never add up, there are always mistakes, like this one,
Kortingscode VP0550 toegepast met 50% korting.
But when you get to checkout,
Je bespaart 40% (€ 8,58)!

Their service is good only the deliver company they choose is most horrible deliever company. I am very angry with the deliever company. I hope they change another deliever company.

BECAME A HORRIBLE COMPANY!
They started off great. I and our companies used them just about since they started. Over the past 5 years they are horrible. Do not believe them when they tell you anything will be delivered on time. Do not count on things being correct. Do not order anything that is mechanical such as roll up banners. Average 1/3 arrives that do not work when you try to use them. One of our staff insisted on ordering from them again (we have spent tens of thousands in the past and stopped a year or 2 ago). Again, promises and missed deadlines and no customer service! I rarely write a bad review, but they deserve it!

Reliable company I use for years now. Clear information about delivery time and very often delivery before deadline given. I had one problem with delivery (not the company itself) and once confirmed delivery company failed 0 they have reprinted my entire order for free! Excellent customer service!

I am very impressed with the customer service by Vista Print! What is very nice is that Vista Print has a local telephone number where you can easily call for help to make sure what you are creating will be successful. Two of their colleagues, Jarvin and Mike Lemens, checked my printing work, spent time with me with marketing suggestions AND helped me to align the text on my business card before sending the order to print. This kind of personal service on the internet is not so common these days. Also, my business cards were delivered in the exact time as promised. I am looking forward to my next marketing project using Vista Print as my printing source.

I had problems doing that first of all because I am really not expert at all of internet and second because i don't have a computer.

This company is Best in whole the world such as helpful, honest, prompt, kindly! I never known like a this company before with wonderful hospitality as well! Thank you for helped me a lot!!

Their website is a mess. I've had spam that was better designed than this.

I just want a single shirt. Why can't this website just be easy to use? I've spend way too much time on there just getting letters in the right place.

then you get three pages worth of additional offers before you can order.

After that, I tried to send my order to a ups pickup point. Which you don't get to choose right away. Nope, instead, the 'place order' button becomes a 'choose pickup point' button. Which actually fails to find the pickup point right around the corner from here. So I had to start over.

I decided not to order here simply because the website is so darn bad.

Takes way to long to arrive

it takes more than 2 weeks tho ship and it already costs 4.99€ thats a reason that i dont longer order by them!

The product is good very good. but the service is bad because they didn't deliver the product on the right adress. They deliverd the product on the same name street only in a other town. So i had to go to that other town to get my product. So it is very bad service and maybe they need to read better........

The first batch was fine and what I expected, but when I wanted to reorder it six months later all the logos in my design had disappeared!? And when I called to point this out, the said that they would file a complaint and offered to help to put the logos back, but they do not have the original design so how can they do that? Vistaprint did not offer any discount or a free batch to print for this mishap because they have Black-Friday week!? Seriously!

Vistaprint have been superb more than once. Well done.

Really Great!

Service is excellent ordered 500 business cards and I am really happy with them. The design tool works excellent and just really fast delivery for a low cost. This is what I like about companies! Keep up the good work!
