Can't fault their work (update: - almost)
Can't fault their work, used them many times over the years. Only problem i've had in all that time was their chosen delivery service (GLS) lost half my last order. VP arranged to redo the missing order and change the shipping address (to another country at no extra cost!).
Top customer service (on a saturday as well!).
UPDATE: Unfortunately it was delivered to the original address (on time) and not the new international address as agreed with customer service. This whole mess (started by the delivery company) meant a young niece didn't get her Xmas present. Wanted to take off only half a star because of this due to origin of problem being the delivery company not Vistaprint, but then compounded by customer service not being able to deliver on promise.
Take away from this is to order well in advance incase of problems with 3rd party delivery companies.

Better choose a local manufacturer and make your own logo.
After you select the model and logo you want, and you order your favorite clothes for you and your colleagues, after about 5 months you still need a number of t-shirts/jackets or etc., they will tell you that they are not loonger in stock !
So therefore, you change the entire fleet of clothes!! I was fooled twice! I think that when a company chooses a certain model of product, then it ensures a continuity of at least 2/3 years so that it does not have to change all the clothing and the design of the entire staff!
I do not recommend !!!

I have used VistaPrint previously and happy with the quality of their print. CARDS LOOK CHEAP AND ARE COATED WITH A WHITE POWDERY DIRT.
The cards look, and feel, very cheap. The print quality is very bad, but worst of all: every card is coated with some sort of white powder!
I can only imagine that this white powder derives from a low-quality paper cutting machine.
Businesscards are the product they are selling, so it is strange that only the carboard box they came in was clean and well taken care off.
IMAGINE HAVING TO CLEAN EVERY CARD AGAINST YOUR CLOTHING BEFORE BEING ABLE TO HAND IT OUT TO A CUSTOMER..
Never again. Vista Print is expensive, and their product is dirty and has a very low-quality.
** Most people order white-businesscards, so I expect most people would probably not notice this dirt. My cards are dark-colored, so the white powder lays visibly as a coating on top of each card.

We we're able to locate your account and order because you left us your e-mail address and order number.
In your account no posters have been designed or ordered and at VistaPrint we also do not offer the option/service for paid quality inspections. We looked through all of your contacts with VistaPrint and find out there has never been contact about posters or quality inspections.
You only placed and paid for one order with car door magnets and mouse pads. No other products have been ordered at VistaPrint.
The review is a bit odd because of this. Therefor we will contact you via e-mail to discuss this matter.
