I received the new package and even though the brochures are still not sealed or put all in the same order, they don't have wrinkles. Maybe brochures don't have plastic sealing like business cards and flyers (the item I'm used to order), but I appreciate the replacement package. Thanks.

Easy and fast, great service.
My only criticism would be that the cards I ordered and the bag came separately, which was unnecessary extra packaging and delivery. I would have happily opted in to have both the cards and bag delivered together at a later date.

For the split delivery concerns, if your order includes products with different delivery speeds, it can be split into separate deliveries. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner. This also applies when one of the items was produced earlier despite having the same expected delivery dates. Nonetheless, you can be assured will forward your feedback to the relevant team for review and improvement.
Great custom golden foil
I ordered 20 invitation cards with my own design (no presets). It worked out well, I received what I had in mind and the delivery went well. I picked Vista Print because from my research, they were the only printer allowing custom golden text at a reasonable price, and the result looked really amazing. My files were .eps files and I also liked that it was possible to load these into the website.

It should've arrived on Wed. but I wasn't home.
Hermes couldn't deliver on Thur. nor Friday... So I received it on Saturday.
What a shame ´cause I'd paid express delivery.
Hermes didn't offer the possibility of picking it somewhere up. I just had to wait until they could deliver it.
Maybe you could offer other delivery companies?
