Great website and great products
I like the ease of use of the website for making photo books. There are plenty of deals on offer throughout the year. The quality of the products is excellent and they arrive when promised. There are lots of tools to use while making the photo book so it always looks very personal and professional .

Whilst I'm very grateful the banner images were amazing. It has been a disappointing experience as I never received my full order (and still waiting with no reply from customer service). Some of my order was damaged, I was told they would send more out but never did.
I will say though the items that did arrive and weren't damage were great quality x

I ordered our wedding invites and paid…
I ordered our wedding invites and paid extra for ‘premium’ card. We uploaded our own design and the preview looked beautiful. Our invitations arrived yesterday and i immediately felt disheartened. The invitations looks cheap and of poor quality with the edges appearing frayed as though rushed. I have made multiple tempts go get through the someone but the online AI just cuts off stating no one is free to talk to. I can’t send these invites out and will have to start again. Very disappointed.

Great customer support
I ordered a printed t-shirt. Unfortunately due to my inexperience Iade a mistake with aligning my artwork correctly and some of it got accidentally chopped off without me realising until the tshirts arrived. I contacted Chams at customer support and he was very helpful and arranged to have my t-shirts reprinted correctly free of charge. Thank you for your great customer support. it is refreshing to see great support and I will definitely use your company again.

Great designer, good service so far
The excellent designer who really understood what I wanted. I am going to have to amend this review I have just used the table top banner at an event, it has been set into the base in the wrong way and wouldnt stand upright. However, I contacted Vista Print who came back to me on the same day and said they would replace the banner immediately so I had the working one for my event. So far so good.

SHORT CHANGED - BE CAUTIOUS
Anyone ordering flyers from this company should check the quantity carefully when they arrive. I ordered 5,000 flyers, but after counting them I discovered that more than 500 were missing. If I hadn't taken the time to verify the order, I would have been left significantly out of pocket.
When I contacted customer services, they apologised and assured me that they carry out quality checks on all orders. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that these checks are not as thorough as they should be, as such a large shortfall should have been identified before dispatch.
I can't comment on whether this has happened to other customers, but based on my experience I would strongly recommend checking your order carefully upon delivery to ensure you receive the quantity you paid for.

Great for a new business
Just started my own little business and turned to Vista Print to get me started. Brought several items, all amazing quality. Some of the embroidered items had to be designed slightly differently but they adapted and sent me a picture to approve before changing, I was happy with the change. I had an issue designing an item and not changing size required so was put in basket too small (my fault), couldn't change size without starting again but customer services we brilliant and they did if for me. Great quality, quick delivery and no problems ordering = a happy new customer.
Note to new customers, check size required before adding to basket.
