Totally unprofessional and lenses…
Totally unprofessional and lenses fitted outside of the frame on 1 side! They even tried to bill my PayPal several times for an extra prism cost, which I had already paid for and receipts were sent. My glasses have 1 very thick right sided lense that has been fitted OUTSIDE the frame! When questioned via email their response was that they do have a more expensive lenses they could have used or a 10% refund.. I'm also pretty sure they've not issued the correct prescription as I'm still having double vision issues.. Either way, it's been the worst experience from out of stock items, billing problems and lenses that are not fitted professionally inside the.Frame. I do not recommend this company

Low quality rubbish
Low quality rubbish, fell to pieces in less than a month. Bought multiple pairs from different high end brands. All flimsy. Not worth any amount of money.

Incompetent
Incompetent - was provided script and was sent something totally different, so much so they cant be used.
You would be better off training a seeing eye dog and spending your days walking around with your eyes closed.
Just go to a physical store. There is no saving to be had in the long run as vision direct will not refund you.

Be ware of their misleading shipping charges.
They advertise free shipping on orders over $99, which is accurate BUT the default shipping method becomes express once you reach $99 (a $15.99 charge).
This is a sneaky tactic as express shipping isn’t even an option if you spend less than $99 (standard shipping being $14.99).
This has obviously been set up to extract the maximum amount of $$ from customers.
I have reported to the company through ‘contact us’ but doubt this will result in a fix to the website so Be Aware.

Incorrect glasses were delivered twice. The online PD tool was faulty. Required return of glasses twice once due to incorrect PD reading and second time due to staff error - wrong model.
