I ordered from Vision3k leaving my purchase to last minute, I needed ski goggles for a trip on the Friday and placed the order on the Tuesday for a pair of goggles I couldn't find anywhere else on the internet (it had to be these goggles!). I requested special delivery and wrote a note to say they were needed for the Friday, not expecting them to turn up in time but thought it was worth a try. I had an email 5 minutes after the order confirmation confirming the order had been dispatched and I would receive the following day before 1pm. INCREDIBLE service, thank you so much!

I bought cycling glasses from Vision3k about two and a half years ago, and I recently accidentally broke one of the arms. I did a search on the Internet, but couldn't find replacement arms listed anywhere (lots of replacement lenses and trims, but not arms), so I was anticipating having to buy a new pair of glasses that would still be compatible with my prescription inserts. However, I decided to contact Vision3k to see if they stocked them. They didn't, but they contacted the manufacturer, obtained a pair of replacement arms (having checked the colour needed from my original order), and sent them to me all with no charge. So my glasses are now back to being good as new again :). Thank you Vision3k for such great service.

Great Service. Product ordering and delivery on time. Product support, I had a problem with a frame about 11 months after purchase. Had good communication with the support team. Returned frame to them which they forward to the manufacturer. Have been informed a new frame will be provided. Great service. Will use again.
