There should not be any communication from us stating 6 weeks for a certificate as it can take up to 16 weeks so I apologise for that and I have requested to contact you directly so if you could make contact with me and I can address any comms stating 6 weeks.
You don't get access to the course forever, just while you are studying it. If you get withdrawn from the course you lose access straight away but once a course is completed, you get access for 90 days. This is to allow enough time for any updates you might need to make after any IQA or EQA assessment. There are also copyright issues involved.
We keep a record of your course being completed though so don’t worry.
I have now responded to you, we did also email you originally on the 11th of July with the contact information for the college.

Good content and felt it was easy to navigate through the course.
I think the course could have focused more on what external information they provided as some links didn't lead anywhere unless you paid a fee.
The tutor was good at providing feedback. I think some video content would have been useful in this course.

A feeling of emptiness
Just baffled to be honest.
Not sure if 'baffled' is the right word.
But it's the best I can do.
Here's what happened in short:
I had a complaint.
It was actioned.
Took a long time to action.
Had to contact ESFA in order to get action taken.
Action was taken - Eventually.
Mental health issues were at the very centre of everything.
Yet, I feel 'empty'.
Strange feeling.
I'd done several courses before the latest one I'd tried. Each one I'd done left me feeling like I'd achieved. Not this time though. It was nowhere near that feeling.
Gone from a very sunny place to a very dark place indeed.

The course was thorough
The course was thorough, the tutor was available when required.
I would encourage anyone to do the course. My only criticism is that as soon as you complete the course you no longer have access to the online material to continue your practice. The truth is, learning does not end with the completion of your course so a longer period to enable you to access the material will be very helpful.

Would've been nice to have a progress bar so that everytime you logged in, you could see the exact position you left off in your course. It was abit annoying having to find the specific part myself everytime I logged in. Also, some of the questions didn't exactly match the course material, it was abit of having to interpret which specific piece of information to navigate to in order to answer the questions.

Completed dementia level 2 online course

Easy to use online course. Great tutor feedback but don't think these are simply 'everybody passes'. I had to redo a couple of assessments so you do need to work.
