My tutor responded quickly and gave thorough feedback. Even when I had passed a unit he recommend further reading to heighten my knowledge and understanding.

Great course
I really enjoyed how the assessment were set out and how the information was set out. When I needed an extension this was easy to get. The only negative is that the tutor took a long to mark my work and the feedback was vague. Tutor did not reply to messages I sent her.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
I have experienced very poor service from this company.
The tutor Ian acted unprofessional when I submitted my assignment by refusing to mark it and give me feedback because when answering some questions I said "I believe / Research shows / In my opinion" I had 6 assignments that I sent 8 hours each day for 6 days. I am very well ahead of the deadlines.
Vision2Learn have a policy that work submitted will be marked within 5 working days. They have breached their own policy. Overall this is upmost incompetence. I am considering withdrawing from the course and studying elsewhere. Luckily, there are many other providers out there.
I would not recommend others to use Vision2Learn. I found it to be a waste of time, lack of education and certainly a lack of support. The tutors are unengaged to support you, as if they do not want to do their jobs. Vision2learn employee staff that are in the wrong profession because they appear not to care.
I filed a formal complaint and requested a copy of their complaints procedure, and to date they have failed to provide this to me via email.
I will be filing a complaint with the funding body because in my opinion they are misrepresenting public funds. I will also be reporting them to Ofsted & DfE.

I would defiantly recommend!
I found the process of signing up easy. My feedback was timely, positive and encouraging. I found it convenient to be able to work at my own pace at a time that suited me. My level 2 qualification helped me secure the first job I applied for.

A good experience
The structure of the syllabus follows a logical course and guides the learner. There doesn't seem to be any assumption of prior knowledge on the part of the learner and the feedback from Emma was very helpful. The only issue I've found is an infrastructure problem - I've gone by the name of Grant all my life, but despite several attempts I can't find anyone who can make the necessary amendment on my details

CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLES MENTAL HEALTH
Brilliant course. Took me alot longer than I should of to complete it due to personal issues, but I got there in the end. Finished it today finally. My tutor was brilliant jenny Mathews. Very good with detailed feedback and attached useful links to help me with. Also marked it very quickly. Able to do in your own time you want and for how ever long you want. Deadlines are fair enough. I am now hoping to do the autism course and Looking forward to starting that.
