There was no way to amendment
I couldn't amend and couldn't contact there was no contact information. I actually needed one year visa not one month visa now its not useful this visa. So that's the reason I'm giving one star. Poor service.

I am sorry for the complications. Unfortunately once we accept the application and start processing the visa, we cannot make any changes as it's already being processed by the government.

The delivery of the document was delayed and they didn't inform us. We had to pay for another document in other place
