Big scam

Hello,

I called about one month ago to change my address. Your staff told me that you do not supply internet in my new area and that my contract needed to be cancelled. I agreed and asked for the cancellation to be done.

However, one month later I was charged again for £27.20, and after calling customer service for 3 hours and 8 minutes, I was told that my internet had not been cancelled and that no refund would be given.

This is not my mistake because I already requested the cancellation during my first call. I would like a full refund for the extra charge and confirmation that my service is now cancelled.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.
And is still not cancelled

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after requesting a cancellation and then still being charged. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide.

So we can get this looked into properly, we do need to review your account and the previous contact where the cancellation was requested. This will allow us to confirm what’s happened, ensure the services are fully cancelled, and check the charges for you.

Please get in touch with us so, we can investigate this further and work towards a resolution:
