Disappointing Decline in Quality and Customer Service
I’ve been a loyal customer of VIPP for nearly 15 years, investing significantly in their products across my home spending close to $10k for bins and kitchenware to lighting and bathroom accessories. I’ve also recommended and gifted their products to friends and family, trusting in the brand’s reputation for great design, quality and durability.
Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my perception.
I purchased three VIPP toilet brushes three years ago (approximately $300 each), expecting the same high standards I’ve come to rely on. Instead, all three have developed significant rust on the stainless steel handles, to the point one is deteriorating on the outside rusting through like a 30 year old car. Interestingly when I contacted VIPP customer service directly I was told that chlorine-based cleaners are the cause and that this is not covered under warranty. Given that many common toilet cleaning products contain some level of chlorine for proper sanitation, it seems unreasonable that a product at this price point is not designed to withstand such typical use.
The proposed solution—to purchase a replacement handle at cost —is, frankly, unbelievable and feels out of touch given the circumstances and cost of the product.
Additionally, being redirected to retailers to resolve related warranty issues instead of receiving direct support from the brand only added to the frustration. Seems like the brand has enough clients willing to spend significantly, they don’t care to lose a few. Sadly, this experience has ended my loyalty to VIPP.

My wife bought 2 soap pumps from Vipp. They cost a pretty heavy sum of money. We have had them for 3 years or so and they are leaking rust, the pump mechanism is full of mold and leaking black gunk. Talked to Vipps claims department and they basically said F U we have 2 years warranty. So DONT buy is my sugstion.

Extremely disappointing customer service – called a liar by VIPP
I have been a loyal VIPP customer for years. In my home, I own two VIPP toilet brushes, a large pedal bin, a hand soap pump, a soap dispenser, and a toothbrush holder — all from VIPP. Because I trusted their quality, I chose this brand again and again.
But after my recent experience, I am completely done.
I filed a complaint about my VIPP toilet brushes (over €200 each). I followed all maintenance instructions carefully, but the brushes still became damaged.
Instead of investigating or even asking to inspect the products, VIPP’s customer service simply said that what I described “could not be true.” In other words, they called me a liar.
No inspection. No fair review. No responsibility — just a hollow apology and the statement that I am a “valued customer.” That is not service. That is a slap in the face to anyone who believes in their brand.
It’s shocking to see how a so-called premium brand treats its customers. VIPP refuses to take responsibility and won’t even look into the issue.
I will never buy from VIPP again, and I will make sure others know how complaints are handled — without respect, without listening, and without any willingness to make things right.

I ordered a cabinet (more than 3000 euro's) and after 8 to 9 weeks of waiting they cancelled the order and stated they do not make the product, only with drilled holes in it for hinghes for doors.
So they made me wait 9 weeks and then just cancell!
I find this untrustworthy and they seemed not at all concerned.
This is not right.
Vipp kitchen tap is awesome. Stylish and well made. It will see me out 😅

We have a soapdispenser. The plastic between the pump and the soapcontainer was broken. I contacted Wipp, and they said that it should not look like that. few days later I received at complete new pump, and it works perfect again. Fantastic service, exelent product.

I'm very surprised to see so many negative reviews. We got a Vipp V1 kitchen last year and two bathrooms plus plenty of incidentals. The customer service could not have been better, pleasant and responsive, and about once a week I stop what I'm doing to just appreciate how functional and beautiful my kitchen is. Side note, I highly recommend the drinking glasses-- they are a pleasure to use. Also love the sconces and lamps. It's the true that the soap dispensers aren't as good as the rest of the stuff, but that's the only negative I can think of and still I would give six stars if I could.

After many years of worthy service our Vipp kettle kettle sadly died. I took it apart, and discovered an internal element had worn out. We contacted Vipp and they sent this out a replacement part free of charge.
Very happy to have it up and running again, thank you so much to Vipp for their after sales care.
Great customer service: Prompt & Personal. Combined with great quality products totally worth the premium price imho.

I am writing regarding the Vipp Bathroom and Kitchen taps I have purchased . The US customer support is horrendous not helpful regarding the taps that we purchased ( we bought 3).
As you may know, the US standards in kitchen and bathroom connections are usually 3/8 or 1/2 inch pipe threading. Your Vipp connectors from your faucets use a metric system. The tap do come with an adapter but on one end, the adapter fits your Vipp connection but the other end is a still hollow tube. I had my plumber and a plumbing specialist look into how to connect your system to the standard US plumbing system. We order a special 1/2 pipe thread to 3/8 inch compression fitting to make the product fit the standard US plumbing. This took a lot of effort on my plumbers time and the biggest plumbing specialty store we have in our state. We love the high quality of your product but the poor support we received really made this a terrible experience.

Great product and mostly amazing customer service. The warranty of 10 years is very much respected. Thanks you!
Limited Functionality and Poor Service
We bought a vipp kitchen v1 because we liked the design.
However, it turned out to be mediocre at best in terms of quality, functionality and also service. Despite the fact that our kitchen is quite large, the selection of appliances is so limited that it hardly seems useful for the everyday life of a family.
As a result, the dealer made some serious mistakes right from the planning stage. The obvious mistakes that became apparent after the installation were partly admitted by vipp, but their correction was refused with the remark that the deviation was still within the self-defined tolerance.
At the same time, the cooperation between vipp and its own authorized dealers seems to be difficult - in any case, our dealer could not offer us any solutions even after several weeks, (allegedly) because vipp does not support its own contractual partners.
Vipp would like to play in the „premiere league“ regarding functionality and service, but it seems is at best in the middle league. If you still have to choose, I would strongly recommend you to seriously looking for the „usual alternatives“, which you will hopefully find more enjoyable.

Bought 8 VIPP chairs from a danish reseller that later went out of business. Made a claim 14 months later for all 8 chairs due to some minor issues directly to VIPP company. VIPP shipped 8 new chairs within a couple of weeks free of charge and without any fuss at all. Very positive attitude from customer service all the way.
I have been using Vipp products for a couple of years now and I am really impressed of the functionality, quality and durability of the objects. You can really see that a lot of thought has been put in every item.
What I want to stress out here is the excellent customer service, which I have contacted twice so far. You always get a fast and competent answer. Furthermore they not only try but they also solve your problem. E.g. in my last case I had a problem with a distributor (he stopped answering my mails concerning a quality issue). The Vipp customer service was so kind to replace the items in question. Once again thank you very much! Keep up the good work.
tl;dr Beware, Vipp customer service is really bad after they close a sale with you and they will try to change the contract on you (or they can't remember what is in the signed contract).
My partner and I entered into a contract with Vipp to purchase their kitchen modules. In the beginning, they were really helpful and we were excited to have a Vipp kitchen and support a family business.
However, after we signed the contract and gave our deposit, the quality of customer service quickly dropped. We contacted them to notify them that we needed to push our delivery/installation back. Upon notification, they tried to impose a monthly storage/insurance fee on us of $300. However, our signed contract clearly states that as long as you give more than 8 weeks notice, there will be no penalty or storage/insurance fees (we gave way more than 8 weeks notice). We brought this up and it turns out they changed their T&C after our contract was signed. It's their prerogative to make this change for future contracts, but such changes cannot be enforced AFTER a contract has already been signed. In fact, our signed contract states that the contract cannot be unilaterally amended unless there is a written agreement from both parties.
When we raised our concerns about the contract, the response from them was "Let me remind you that you have signed a contract that says delivery [date (which was wrong by the way)] but I don't want to get into a long discussion with you." No apologies, just a derogatory dismissal of our concerns.
It's shocking that they position themselves as a quality, luxury brand, and yet they treat customers so rudely.
A warning: Don´t buy VIPP towels!
We have all VIPP´s kitchen- and bathroom articles and except for the soapdispenser, we are satisfied.
But the present day towels are of extreme low quality! Do not buy them! We purchased in total 8 towels during 2021. Of these 5(!!!!!) were damaged within 1 - 8 weeks. Two were the fabric itself was fringed and three where the rubber hanger let go. You may claim new ones, but does it help when the quality is so low? No!
For a product in this price range, I would have thought it would be more durable. A small piece of the mechanism of my pepper grinder broke during normal use, but it is impossible to obtain the part to repair it. Also impossible to buy only the pepper grinder. No help from the after-sales service, which answers me laconically that they do not have this part.
I should have read the comments before buying several VIPP accessories, I regret having encouraged this brand and having recommended it around me in the past.
*** EDIT ***
The owners are very responsive and solved my problem super quickly! It's a shame that I had to make a bad comment to have good service, the employees should perhaps be better coached, but in the end I recommend 100% for the magnificent products and the unparalleled service of the owners.

Terrible experience. I bought garbage bags on their USA website. I paid for delivery in 3 business days. Tracking shipment was first impossible as they provided me with the wrong numbers. They delivered with 10 days delay at a hotel I wasn't any longer. They asked me to ask the hotel to send them back the package although I left the country! The procedure took me weeks. Once the package arrived at their warehouse they didn't get back to me for the refund. I sent dozens of emails again and again until they finally told me I had to wait for a refund. Now I received the refund and they deducted the shipping cost although it was their mistake. I really advise you not to do any business with this company. There are NO after-sale services at all. They don't care about their customers and they are so rude. In regards to their overpriced products, you could expect good service. If you own a VIPP trash can like me, stop buying their bags. Buy regular bags in any supermarket. It works perfectly! Don't lose your money with these people. They don't deserve it.
