When reviced.nl was taken over by vip.nl they increased my hosting costs (for a year) 10 times.
When I protested, they told me that they would waive that cost & just let me go. I thought, 'great'. Almost a year later it seems I do have to pay. that's 600 euro's for a year of hosting that I haven't used.
Now I'm threatened with legal action.
I have been very well helped by various customer service people.
However, Maarten is an exception in my case.
He has an unwavering commitment and remains committed to helping the customer.
In my opinion, you are doing very well and are dealing with a professional approach.
