SCAM!!! Took 2000+ from mastercard account.
I ordered a watch for my dad using his card. Watch arrived & wasn't really up to much. He sent it back & just problems from there on in.
All of a sudden mastercard fraud team called saying there was large amounts of money getting taken from his account & getting used on fb sites & gambling (my dad is old school, doesn't have fbook or know how to properly use a phone). They investigated & it was traced back to Vip Watches.

Should have known better for a gent of my years but placed order received no correspondence, payment was taken but after 6 weeks and no delivery had to get bank to retrieve payment . Avoid

I bought a watch for £125 which has never worked. They asked me to send videos, but would not replace the watch. Complete scam, avoid at all costs

Bought the watch for £130, wasn't working. They asked me to send them videos of it not working on two seperate occasions which I did. Told me to get it repaired and they will send me £40. Absoloute joke, save your money, they are cheats.

Purchased a watch from this site...never worked on arrival and will not replace...do not use

Bought an omega sea master from this site.

1. its an English Website co.uk but watch will arrive from China
2. you get additional charge on top for DHL but it arrives in a normal post
3. the watch is in a horrible carbon box wrapped in tape
4. not even a sticker to protect the watch let alone booklet or anything to tell you how to use the watch.

i would advise any one willing to buy from this website save your money and you will get better quality and a lot cheaper down the market. and i wrote to them saying i was not happy all i get it send us photos and we will write to the factory that made it pfff

ps. they say 4-5 days to process your order and then 2 weeks to deliver it. And no that's not the case the watch gets dispatched straight away via cheap post from CHINA just like a "99 cent" toy

I have ordered a nice replica watch.
shipping and watch neat.
however, after two days the mechanical strap on the watch was broken to take it off.
a part had fallen out and this was lost.
I neatly contacted Vip watch with photos. However, the response I received was

Sorry to hear that. As the shipping fee is a little bit expensive for it's international transportation.
So how about you buy another watch on our website, and we can send you a new strap for free?

the part (5 millimeters by 3 millimeters) could easily have been sent in a small envelope .......
this is of course not a service for such a company.
I then still responded, but reaction is not forthcoming.
pity, annoying and disappointed.
that apparently no guarantee or service is provided here.
