Great service. I had a deep bathroom clean and I think I've never seen my bathroom this clean. All the awful yellow limescale is gone from the toilet dowl and the bathtub, and they even managed to get rid of the mould on the silicone sealant around the bathtub and the sink. Thanks for the great clean! I will definitely be back again.

After the previous tenants moved out, the oven and the fridge were in terrible condition. The smell was unbearable and even after my attempts to clean them, nothing worked. I booked a professional cleaning service with your company and I’m glad I did. The team arrived with steam cleaning equipment and got straight to work. The oven was dismantled and cleaned thoroughly, with no trace of burnt-on grease left. The fridge was steam cleaned, washed inside and out, and fully disinfected. After the cleaning, the unpleasant smell was completely gone, and both appliances now look and smell like brand new. Thank you for the professionalism and the effort.

Overall they are good — reliable for general/regular cleaning and the flat always looks presentable afterwards. However, a few times I had to check and ask for revisions, especially when it came to detailed corners and deep cleaning. For basic cleaning they do a good job, but if you are looking for a sparkling, very detailed top-to-bottom clean, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend.

This is the second time I have booked with VIP cleaning to have my bathroom professionally deeply cleaned. Last time was 2 years ago. And again my 2 bathrooms are like brand new. Pancho has both of my bathrooms like brand new! He was able to remove tough stains and tough limescale. He did 2 bathrooms in 2 hours. Was very polite, punctual and professional. Highly recommend for deep cleaning of bathrooms.

I sent an enquiry and got am immediate response back. The team were very helpful and answered all my questions that i had re the service they offered. I requested a deep clean for my bathroom at home.
The cleaner was punctual , wore protective shoe covers. He got straight on with the job and worked so hard and was done in just over 2 hours - amazing! And he has done a perfect job - everything is imacculate and looks like its brand new
