Unfortunately I had the worst shopping experience at viola. Ordered 4 items from their store. After two months waiting and countless excuses by email only two items arrived. They literally lie to you via the email service. Then also wrong items were in the parcel and I never knew if my actually purchased items will ever get shipped. At one day they said they will send the rest and also a gift with the next parcel. But again my actually purchased items were not in it. I was really fed up and then this super rude guy answered me that I should be happy about the gift. So they start sending you random items and you should be happy for that. Felt like on a bazaar were they start to bargain and try to sell you stuff you never asked for. Then I wanted to send back the wrong items and the guy lied again to me and said it's not within their return policies. So they really mess up shipping and try to deceive you later on. At last he was threatening me with his lawyer and I stopped the communication. I send the wrong items back and filed a claim at PayPal. So relieved that I payed via PayPal, cuz after showing the evidence, paypal refunded me the money. Viola sells great products but that shopping experience was a nightmare and turned into a scam.

Phenomenal. I have more than 6 ties and it has become my go-to place for these items. The ties are really good, a pleasure to handle, they tie a lovely knot and it looks the part. I can speak very highly of printed silk, madder and wool ties alike.
Whether you are starting or you are an experienced dresser, whatever you pick from here will be of perceived good quality, you cannot go wrong.
Shipping and communication with the brand is also great. They send me photos of the items if I want to have a closer look. Cant recommend them enough, if you are looking for your first good tie you must give them a go.

Done business with them for 3 years. First time Xmas 2020. Ordered x tie. Received tie looked like x tie but was not. Called, told them problem. They said no more x ties is there another tie? I said yes give me y tie. They said keep the tie, will ship new tie at our cost. Two ties for the price of one. A nice gesture. I have ordered 8-10 ties since from Viola Milano and never had a problem. I always put in the remarks the SKU# for all ties I order from Viola Milano and all manufacturers in Italy I purchase from. Never can be too cautious.

Very nice quality. I ordered a shirt and a tie for my husband and you can tell its quality fabrics assembled in hand-made creations. Highly recommend if you want to buy something classic and timeless ☺️

I wanted to share my experience with Viola Milano to give credit where credit is due. Initially, I had a highly disappointing encounter when I placed an online order for a large number of ties. There were issues with the delivery service and communication, leaving me extremely dissatisfied.

However, after bringing my concerns to their attention (via an initial comment here on Trustpilot), they promptly addressed the matter, resending all the missing items I had initially ordered. Not only that, but they also offered me a thoughtful gift as compensation for the inconvenience caused. Their willingness to take responsibility and make up for their initial mistakes is truly commendable.

As for the ties themselves, I must say they are of exceptional quality. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and fabric are top-notch.

In the end, despite the initial hiccup, I must admit that I would definitely place a new order again. I genuinely appreciated their efforts to make things right and ensure customer satisfaction.

PS: The really annoying thing about all this is that I had to spend a lot of energy and post a review on Trustpilot to even get a reaction from them; in other words, they should seriously consider hiring a dedicated customer service team to deal with customer enquiries and questions they receive via the email address indicated on their website.

Tries to fake send invoice

Then says verify credit credit and security code through personal email, non encrypted, do this and your items are available with FED EX

Doesn’t provide tracking info,
Then doesn’t respond to emails

And tries to think they are threatening you
When you claim fraud,
By saying they have given matters to the police

What a f’ing joke.

They are being blasted on social media

I’ve owned 06 ties from Viola Milano. It has become one of my favourite house to go due to their exceptional value on high quality products, fast shipping and very professional service. They have large collection in grenadines and stantung ties which are my favourite.

I greatly appreciate the customized grenadine navy tie I received yesterday. With a short and broad torso, having a tie of the right width and length is really valuable. The color and texture of the silk Fina weave is beautiful, and I look forward to the many ways I can use this versatile tie.

It should be noted that ordering a custom tie takes time, as my tie took a little over a month to be delivered. But for me, this was expected and worth it.

Viola Milano is a true gem. I recently discovered this brand and I am truly excited with the quality and the elegance of the products. I was looking for a leather briefcase, and after a lot of online research I could not find something better than the one I found in Viola Milano. What you see on the site is what you get.
The most important thing though is the way they treat their customers, as true gentlemen. Truly, I have no words for the care and treatment. I experienced a personal contact and care that is not easy to find in commerce, especially online. These gentlemen know how to create real bonds with their customers. They are true gentlemen indeed.
