Took my money and never gave me the product. Stopped responding as soon as I paid him

Similar story to everyone else here - Was quick to send over a quote, and then the link for files to be downloaded. Once I sent over the files, I heard nothing from Cyril or the company. I chased, via emails for over two weeks with no responses whatsoever, called the phone listed on their website during their opening hours, was sent to voicemail every single time.

Waste of time, just glad I didn’t pay anything. Found a new supplier who has already been amazing, I would avoid this ‘company’ at all costs.

I ordered just one vinyl record with one soundtrack. the order and payment were on December 5, 2023, now it’s February 2, 2024 and I still haven’t received the record. An employee named “Kirill” either does not respond to letters for 2 months, or lies about what he has already sent, says that they have lost access to the page, mail, etc., again says that they have already sent, and then a week later asks again to send the files for the production of the record . Blatant lies all the time! Under no circumstances ever order anything here. You will either receive nothing or you will receive something of very poor quality.

I ordered a vinyl for my dad's birthday, paid for the rush order, and got it within 4-5 days with Fedex! we all love the product! the communication was also great! thank you Vinyl Pressing!!

Great product. Cyril is very attentive and replies fast all the messages. Good quality and fast delivery. I can’t be happier!!!!

Avoid like the plague. Dreadful communication, blatant lies about delivery dates and still no vinyl months later. I have paying customers waiting for physical copies of my debut album and I have no answers for them. I now don't want the vinyl order, as I'd like to completely cut ties with this horrible outfit. Is there no way we can make them accountable and get our money back?

They never delivered the records. I tried to communicate with them repeatedly, but it was like talking to a wall. No response. Infuriating.
I'm disputing this through my credit card company. It's about time search engines include a feature to provide feedback on these sites that continue to rip off people because they seem legit until you go through the horrible experience.

This is a two parter. (read the bottom of the review for what the product is like.) The Vinyl's are arriving today but I wanted to write my experience up till now.

I contacted Cyril by phone on 18th May. He said he could do what I was asking for and for a good price. So I then emailed him with all the details of my order. (Side note: I read through the Terms and Conditions. Any original music you send to him he has the right to duplicate and sell.) He got back to me the same day saying there would be a 14 day turnaround. (Should arrive 7th June). I emailed on the 7th asking for an update for when they would be arriving. By this time I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot and told him this. I got no response. 12th June. I got an email saying the order was done and I emailed back asking when it would be shipped. 2 days later he said the tracking information should be sent shortly. 19th June. I asked when the shipping date was. This was also the first time I threated with a chargeback. No response. 22nd June. I emailed him saying I was going to issue a chargeback and he can argue with my bank on the details as I had already contacted them and gave them the evidence they needed to issue the chargeback. No response. 24th June Cyril said. The FedEx Tracking number is being sent now.

Overall this has been a terrible service as I was expecting to this for my brothers birthday when he had just released his first album. But it took multiple emails and a threat of a charge back to even get him to send a singular vinyl. I would suggest you stay well away from this site.

I will update this with the quality of the vinyl and the covers print quality as I have seen reviews with issues of that.

Well they arrived. Multiple issues: 1. The ink on the printed covers are quite literally falling off onto my hands. 2. The card quality of the cover is horrendous a feels extremely cheap. 3. The image quality is horrible. I sent both High Quality JPEG and PSD files and they still have come out blurry. 4. The image does not cover the whole front and back of the cover. 5 The printed labels are not cantered and they used the wrong image because they changed the settings of the PSD file. They are also not stuck down fully and damaged on the edges. TIME FOR THE RECORD ITSELF. Bear in mind I literally sent the raw files from Logic. 6. It sounds very tinny and like its been played and recorded through a microphone then put onto the record. 7. The timing is also off in places.

Over all it is just a terrible product and definitely does not meet the standards on their website. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered vinyls for approx ~500€ and Vinyl Pressing (Cyril) replied to my emails until the payment.
Afterwards they just disappeared.
It has been impossible to get any news from my order in November.
Seriously, someone in France shall inform the police about it and take this company down.

Well, I got the merchandise I ordered. The whole process took 5 months, and the communication was SPARSE, bordering on nonexistent. Oh well, it was AFTER I paid, before that the communication was top notch, I got replies like after three hours or something. It all just left a really really sour taste in my mouth, especially as the finished product was of inferior quality. Can't recommend this at all.

placed an order last october. and nothing as of may 2021. and paypal wont do anything because it is past the refundable period. They said it was shipped but no tracking number. And no reply with emails. SCAM!!!

The communication and delivery times are awful, was given a 2 week turnaround time and it took 2 1/2 months and 2 chaser emails.

Vinyl itself is average at best. Sound quality questionable, ink on cover has bled where it was packed before it was dry.

Avoid.

I bought The Beatles , Blue album, vinyl (2 pcs), Apple, printed 21. November 2014, made in Canada.
Very bad copy, distorted and intolerable sound with many scratches.
Highly electrized, Zerostat 3 Milty is bad helper for this static. I'll throw it out.

I ordered at the 6th of december, expecting my product to be delivered at the end of the month, the average turnaround time being 14 christmas days. I uploaded the files on the 10th of december, they got downloaded on the 15th and got the confirmation on the order on the 23rd (!) of december, after writing an email concerning the status of my order. Since I read on their social media that they had some technical difficulties I was empathic and expected a delivery in the following days. It was after a week or too that I started looking up reviews too find out whether I was the only one with these issues. I soon found out that some people apparently got scammed and have not received their orders of october yet, but I decided to give them a little time. On the 23rd I decided to issue a refund via email since I didn't get any further information about my order, plus the increasing concern about being scammed. Since my mail hasn't been answered I went on to contact PayPal about my money. I got an email from PayPal on the 29th about the seller being contacted. To my surprise I got an FedEx announcement on the 1st of february that a package has been announced and so the vinyl got picked up at the 4th and arrived at my door on the 8th of february. Sadly I was a little dissapointed when I looked at the cover since it just looked like it had been printed by a very cheap printer. Testing the vinyl on my record player didn't made up for it, the sound was really distorted in the high-end and didn't have much punch in the low-end. But that could be my faulty design and mastering. Since it is not returnable I gotta to live with it. Probably not giving these guys a second chance, despite being the cheapest option I could find.

In conclusion: Expect a veeery long production time for a maybe very low class product and don't expect a fast answer to your emails.

Customer service is inconsistent and the wait time was much longer than they said, but the product itself is great.

more than 6 weeks later, still waiting on a test press. no way the rest of the order is getting here on time even though they had 14 weeks in advance. getting a refund through paypal. merry christmas.

Placed an order. 18 days later no confirmation. Called them so he sent an email confirmation.
5 weeks in I ask when our test pressing will be sent. He takes ages to get back but says a week. Two weeks later no test pressing.
8 weeks until we need our full order, not stupid so going through PayPal to get a refund.

Ordered a one off vinyl for my brothers 40th birthday on [29th June 2020] with a lead time of [10 days] and express delivery of [2-3 days]. I've still not received my order as of [16th August 2020]. They drip feed automatic order updates every 3-4 weeks but Customer service is non existent and even allowing for Covid related delays its not acceptable. I've reported to Paypal in hope of refund but its now looking like it was a scam site all along.

I ordered and paid for a single vinyl through the website in the beginning of May. On the website it says 14 business days, which passed. 1,5 month after I asked for the third time and they said that it would be send early next week. I waiting the full week and send them a question again, which they have ignored.

So they still have my money, without sending me anything. As I found on another site this is not the first time they have done this. If you want to make a vinyl for any reason, find another place. I don't know anything about their other products.
