Very handy that there's an option to pay through PayPal too.

Ordered couple of hours after Xmas delivery deadline, emailed to ask if I could receive it in time for Xmas. Got a great reply within 8 minutes saying 'no problem, we're packing your parcel right now'. Delivery good, Royal Mail tracked. Thanks for the great customer service and despatch!

Order was delayed as one of items was pre-order, ended up cancelling pre-ordered item as was delayed, one of otner items went out of stock but still received as item was allocated, so professional service and good communication, would give 5 star rating but clutch bag did not fully close and as was now out of stock could not order replacement and was xmas gift.

bought 3 bags, added these to my collection, wouldn't buy a dress bag from anywhere else, great price and good quality, smaller bag can only get a powder and lipstick.

This was my first purchase from Vintage Styler and I have been very impressed. The website was easy to use and I received my good within 48 hours which in December is fantastic. Two of the products I have ordered our Christmas presents for a friend and I hope she likes them as much as I did as I was tempted to keep them for myself. I ordered some earrings for myself and the first night I wore them they were commented on by a number of people and how nice they were. I will definitely be ordering from Vintage Styler again.

My recent order of a statement necklace arrived - in time for my night out but when I opened the box I could see straight away a stone had come fallen out of the necklace (making it quite obvious). My husband send to send it back but I wanted it for the next night so we superglued the stone back in!! Disappointed on this occasion but have ordered items before and never experienced a problem. Shame really.
