I would just like to go on record to Vinci Malaga
I would just like to go on record to say how excellent the treatment and care was from Dr Rossler and her team at Vinci Hair clinic in Malaga. I was extremely nervous over the operation and what could be done but Dr Rossler made me at ease quickly on what we needed to focus on. The operation was as pain free as you could ever imagine and for an 7 hour operation it was excellent. I am now home and will look forward to following the post op treatment and look to see the results in a number of months.

I just finished the operation. What an amazing team, felt super comfortable had little pain. The company is pure quality, I barely have a swelling. I want to give a tip to other people go a day earlier, so you have all the time and can have a conversation before the operation with the team. Already speak with the doctor about how you want your hairline to be, so you have time to think about it. Most of the time what you wish for is or not realistic or won't look great. The doctors know better of course. I didn't have this time due to a delayed flight. So I would recommend to come on time

Great team I felt very reassured about my procedure. They talked me through everything I needed to know. If anyone feels like they need a hair transplant I would highly recommend Vinci as a place to go. Prices a very reasonable too. The Malaga team are the best. I wanna say a big thanks to Dr Susanna she is one of the best. I flew from Ireland to have my procedure in Malaga and how experienced the team was on the procedure day. There is no waiting room with few people waiting to get procedures done it’s a whole day with one client. The hotel they provide you with is about a 10 minute walk to the clinic. Quality over Quantity with Vinci
Hair Transplant are nerve wrecking, easy to procrastinate and say ah maybe next year. Myself and my friend got the courage to go to Malaga and Dr. Susanne Rossler and her brilliant team made us feel at home right away.
Them pre treatment nerves were eliminated and we knew the team had us in safe hands.
1 Patient per day is something no clinic can match you and your hairline is the sole focus no distractions, no other patients in on that same day. Really looking forward to seeing the results but no doubt they will be extremely good as the Doctor & her team possess so much wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of Hair Transplantation.
This entire process was made all that easier by Neil, who I was able to meet in person in the Dublin Clinic chat through the process and he himself has first hand experience of undergoing the same transplant procedure in Malaga, Neil was ever present and always available for any questions I had ( LOTS ) but he was able to reassure me everything during and post surgery would be absolutely fine - 1 week on and I can already see progress looking forward to the next months ahead!

So I just had my surgery done little…
So I just had my surgery done little over a week and so far I feel satisfied and happy with the results and with the progress. On my first day I met dr. Neil and he was great at explaining the whole process ,it was easy and simple on what to expect from vinci. At that point i already reached out to two other clinics and i was totally shocked by the price they offered, one said it will cost 12k the other 9k so i stopped looking for treatment for a while ,so i was shocked and happy when i was told it cost 5k ,so please do ask more than couple clinics. dr. James and the team were amazing on the on the day of surgery and I appreciate their help and support.

Disappointing Experience with Uneven Results and Poor Follow-Up Care
I went to this clinic to fix my hairline, expecting a professional and thorough experience. While the surgeon was present initially to draw the hairline and make the incisions, the rest of the procedure was left to two young assistants. Unfortunately, the results were uneven—one side turned out significantly better than the other. On the less successful side, most of the transplanted hair didn’t grow, and the few that did grow in the wrong direction. A few months later, when I returned for a follow-up to express my concerns, I felt completely dismissed. Instead of addressing my issues, they seemed more focused on selling me additional treatments than providing solutions.

Our priority is not to sell more services, but to help every patient achieve the results they’re aiming for. In certain situations, this might involve recommending additional treatments such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), mesotherapy, or medication to support graft survival and hair density.

Only reason to 5 stars, was hotel accommodation had no restaurant and no balcony not even a small one. That makes a difference when you couped up in room from 5pm to bedtime recuperating from pretty full on day

You have no worries when in the care of…
You have no worries when in the care of Dr. Susanne Rossler and her chatty team. I had FUE treatment: couldn’t be happier to be going forward (it’s such a mentality thing).
If you have those worries and doubts, just do it with these people - it’s their job, you can tell it’s day to day for these guys and for me that is very reassuring. The hotel staff are all used to the process, so thanks to David for his matter-of-factness as well.
As something that could be termed a “life” moment (changing or otherwise), I am so pleased that I have met Dr Susanne. X

One of the worst companies to go with for a hair transplant. The manageress was ignorant, rude and a liar. The hair transplant was unacceptable all they were concerned about was you spending more money to improve their shoddy work.
