I ordered from the pet art range just before Christmas as a gift for me and my family as a reminder of our pet dog we lost in May. The service was exceptional, personal messages (from Fiona) which meant so much and the process and delivery was faultless. I would recommend villager Jim 100%. We love our artwork.

I have ordered a few items from Villager Jim. A suncatcher memorial christmas tree decoration when I lost my JRT and a Phil the Penguin gift for my daughter. They both arrived without delay and were super cute and good value for money. I had a delivery issue with my last order (another suncatcher memorial for a work colleague's birthday). I contacted Hen at Villager Jim and it was sorted promptly and without fuss. Excellent customer service and really lovely gifts. Thank you 💕

I have bought lots of gifts from Villager Jim for myself & family & friends ranging from small Christmas tree ornaments to sun catchers to a full size custom portrait of my Labrador. Always perfect & arrived in a timely manner. Quick to respond to queries too.

I recently purchased a set of mugs and saucers. There were one or two issues along the way, but Hen was responsive and worked with me to reach a fair resolution.

Communication was professional, and I’m pleased with how the matter was handled in the end. I’m now happy with my purchase.

Ordered Labrador and Rottweiler mugs as well as worktop saver. All arrived well packed and of great quality. Just have to wait now for a Neapolitan Mastiff mug to be created so we can have a full set!

I've been a customer of Villager Jim for over 7yrs. All my items have always arrived within a week of ordering. Ive sent a number of pet slate hearts to friends over the years, in memory of their beloved pets. Each one arrived perfectly and bought a happy tear to the recipients. Love my highland cow clock too.

Ordered an adorable “otterly love you “ figure in Jan , it was for Valentines day and hadn't arrived with a few days to go .. I reached out and the team sent me my otter first class by return , saved the day. Real shame for small business that the post office messes up their deliveries and their business and ratings are impacted ! 100% recommend this business , they were quick to react and rectify an issue that was not of their making 10/10 customer service and the otter was also a winner 😉

One of my favourite places to order from with so many items in my wish list. Being a black Labrador lover I have Christmas decorations to slate plaques and loved the miniatures.
Service excellent and they have kept the personal touch when contacting them. Highly recommend.

Do not buy from this company. Please read the reviews on here and take notice of the common themes. If I could, I would give them no stars.

I ordered a Valentines Day card from them with plenty of time for delivery. I received a notification saying it had been send by Royal Mail but the tracking number did not exist. I contacted them to ask where it was and explain I was concerned it wouldn’t reach me in time. The response fromCustomer services representative called ‘hen’ was basically not their problem and that they were not remotely interested in my concern. Contacted Royal Mail and asked why I couldn’t track the parcel and they confirmed that it had been booked but not posted out. A series of excuses followed from ‘hen’ all of which were complete lies. An example being ‘the tracking code activates as it gets closer to delivery’. Really? No apology whatsoever, and no card ever arrived. A sad Valentines Day outcome. They also blocked me from their Facebook page as I commented truthfully about delivery. Still chasing them but getting no response to my request for a refund.

Do not buy anything from this company if you may need to send it back.
They question where it’s been sent even though they have the return address stated on their refund policy.
You have to provide proof of postage and photographic evidence of delivery. Which they also question.
Once they have the gall to accept that you have followed their instructions to the letter, they have the nerve to deduct 10% off the total cost of purchase to re stocking. Even though they have received the original package, therefore they do not need to re stock. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered 3 little gifts, I wanted them sent to different addresses. I had some issues with payment after the first one and sent a message.

I had a prompt reply and ordered the other two, but was worried I wouldn’t receive them by Valentine’s Day. I mentioned this in a message and received next day.

Order, queries and delivery were very good especially Hen when there was a glitch on the ordering website.
The surface protector with our daughter and husband’s special dog photo on with the Art Work applied is stunning. It was a Christmas gift for them and they were bowled over with the quality of the product.
I will be ordering again for another dog photo very soon. In the meantime thank you so much for your help and provision of an excellent gift and service
