Irfan did such a good job this evening . We were left without working heaters and he did all he could to sort our problem out. He went out to buy the part that needed to be replaced and changed it making sure that my young children would not sleep in the cold. As a parent , I am extremely grateful. Efficient and friendly service
Gas engineer Chris came to fix my leaky hall radiator. He did this job quickly and also bled radiators for me and checked the heating. He also fixed the low pressure for me even though he wasn’t called out for that. He wore shoe coverings which was very considerate of him, and he is the only gas engineer that has come to my house and done this.
A very polite and helpful man.

We had our radiators come away from the wall phoned the council and got put through to vhl and the guys in the office were sympathetic and very helpful and got an engineer chris came out come out the same day! Chris was so helpful polite and professional.

Repaired boiler
Village heating came on time to repair a boiler they had wrongly fitted and hopefully sorted the issue. The staff in the office were helpful and considerate especially Ronak.

I am extremely happy with the recent boiler repair service I received. The booking process was very easy, and Luna in the office was incredibly helpful and efficient in scheduling my job.
Shane and Ashton, the engineers who attended to my boiler issue, were truly amazing. They not only fixed the problem effectively but also demonstrated great professionalism by tidying up after themselves. Both engineers were a pleasure to deal with, and I would be more than happy to use your services again in the future.

worst boiler replacement
Well if u have them in u beater have a lot of patients, boiler fitted on 10/04/25 next morning liking. boiler installed flue sealed from inside with silicone round the flue, leak from condense pipe , sealed with pipe cement glue, all gone down dust sheets in kitchen sink not on floor, scratches on my wood floor wont comment VNL get your workers to do beater Job .
wonder if i can get compensation for the damage, Will contact Hayde council what they say. VHL go HOME 0 stars
