the server is running good small lag spikes but cant complane its a 1000x better then the last server we had from GTX! getting good help if needed.

i am very please with this dedicated server it runs so smoothly and loads a lot faster even tho i have a gaming laptop with 8gig ram i lagged a lot on other servers but since TWD server and untouched wilderness i have played on they have been running great yes i have a bit off lag now and then but thats down to my laptop but the server has great performance i would defo recommend it to others thanks Y_Not_Rekoj

Where do I start since speaking with the owner it has been so easy to have a dedicated server. There was a few things I wanted and boom was done. The owner let us use the server until we were completely happy with it and actually reduced the cost of what we was paying with GTX. Best customer service I have received from a company in a long time. Great servers at great prices, couldnt ask for more of The owner, He went above and beyond.... 5 Stars

The only reason it does not become 5 stars is that support is a bit slow sometimes

No seriousness, poor service, and scam. To flee...
Services go down every week.
After a 3 week outage with no news from them,
i delete my account and my subscriptions, and now they claim me months unpaid, for a service shut down for months.
Scam attempts, abusive withdrawals on bank cards ...
A complaint was opened, mastercard services were also notified.
Respect yourself and your players, don't choose their services.

They never set up the server I purchased and after opening tickets and asking for refunds they eventually just stopped responding to me. It's been over a year. This is a complete scam. Go with a better host service.

Sure they give u a server , but after a month or two your server will no longer be online , you will no longer be able to access your web / control panel.
I had a server running great first month , so i paid 3 months in-advance. The first week into the server running, during the 2nd month of operation , there was a shut down. I could no longer access anything . I made a number of SUPPORT TICKETS , which got closed everytime. I asked everytime why cant i access control panel , where is my server ?? . TICKET CLOSED. Avoid this company .

Should have trusted the reviews, But I got a server anyway. I paid for unlimited slots for a game server, Only received 1 slot. (Sweet, So much for getting a server when you can only play alone, right?) I submitted a ticket and no reply, They closed ticket. I canceled the service and requested my money back through paypal. Which I had to escalate to Paypal because they NEVER replied. HORRIBLE company, Do not recommend. If they were a North American company I would report to the BBB.

Rented a server, no problem whatsoever.

Wanted to cancel the server, mucho problems.

Have written tickets to them that I would like to cancel.

Ordered a game server for Assetto Corsa. It never completed provisioning so couldn't even log in to the control panel. Opened 1 ticket with 3 messages in it, no replies tho. Started another ticket, still no reply.

Ordered server says instant setup, server says active but no access to control panel.. does not work, 3 days passed no answer from support it says they are offline. They took my money not alot but still enough to make this review. I cancelled the server today and don't want any money back, will never return here and will warn others. All latest reviews say a lot about this company lately.

Yes their service was great, I had signed up to one of their gaming servers in Dec 2019, to run my F3 racing league on.

There were a few hiccups, which were all sorted out quickly to lesson the down time.

Then on October 2nd two days before a race, I was meet with this on my ACP, Action Failed Service with billing id 76270 does not exist.

I submitted a support ticket, this ticket was closed 3 days later with no reply and still no service, i have submitted many more tickets since, Emergency Complaints all with the same out come no reply and no service, After 2 months without a service that was prepaid for till Dec 24th 2020, I gave up in trying this has left me in shutting down my racing league.

Used this company 2014-16. Support at 1st was ok but steadily got worse until they stopped giving support altogether.

Moving forward to Aug 2020 and already running several servers from another company successfully I recieved an email from Vilayer offering a discount. Thinking / Hoping things had changed since 2014-16 i ordered a few servers as they where discounted. Things started ok... ish. There were a few teething problems at 1st. I then decided to replace 3 monthly paid servers with 3 Yearly paid servers. BIG MISTAKE these servers began to fail 1 after another almost within a week, At this point only 4 of the 6 servers where showing in the game control panel 2 of which where inoperable and 1 of these has never worked since day 1. I decided to cancel the 3 monthly servers but even this went wrong. Currently i have 4 servers on my account...should be 3, only 2 of the 4 actually show in the games control panel. lol

Combined the 3 yearly paid servers have at best 3 maybe 4 weeks of actual gameplay. Ticket after ticket after email after the online chat widget go unanswered and closed. At first I sent tickets everyday but as its nearly 2 months now it seems I'm wasting my time. I've requseted a refund but i guess they wont answer that either.

I don't expect everything to go perfectly erverytime but if only they would answer tickets explaining the issues... i could at least live with any potential problems.

A week ago I recieved and email stating Server provisioning had completed, not that I ordered another server. Followed the next day with another email stating the server was overdue a payment and would be terminated...lol.

This company has a bad history i can vouch for that. Do not order any services with this company, you may not get bitten at first but most deffinately will. Just look at the reviews below everybody saying the same, Scam, never answer ticket's, and more. You have been warned.

Its nearly 6 months since i ordered 3 yearly paid servers and still no service, still no reply's to tickets and still no refund.

Bought a Black Ops 3 game server to play with a few friends, I didn't receive it for 5 days.
Within those 5 days, I submitted a ticket saying about how I haven't received the server and I'd like a refund,
No reply for 1 week...
I then received the login (1.5 weeks later), but by this time it was already too late.
I replied to the ticket (still, with no reply) asking for a refund *again*.
No reply.

A few days pass and they close my ticket (with NO reply, just instant close)
So I reply to reopen it.

Closed again.

All I want is my refund, and they won't even reply to the ticket.

Scam business, spend your money elsewhere, at least this is a lesson taught to read reviews before I purchase in the future.

I ordered a game server with a monthly billing cycle. The process of purchasing it worked fine and I received an email telling me the server was set up.

However, I was unable to log in using the details provided. It said my username could not be found so I contacted their support and asked them to take a look at the issue - but instead of doing that, they just closed the ticket without even replying.

I canceled the service and disabled all future payments in my PayPal account.

Vilayer seemingly does not do their job.

Never buy anything from this company, they are fake scammers ... I bought a conan exiles server for 1 year and in two weeks of server the server received a DDOS attack that on the Vilayer website say they protect any and all attacks (which proved be a lie) and the owner told me that he could not go on with the server and did not return a penny of my money that was more than 300 dollars, I am suing these scoundrels in the justice of England.

The service was great until I needed tech support which was non-existent. Their chat was offline all the time leaving email and trouble tickets the only way to communicate with them but they never responded. I even submitted a complaint ticket and within 2 hours that ticket was closed without a response. I immediately cancelled my service.

I'm a returning customer and thought I'd try out Vilayer again. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out well and my thoughts on Vilayer have changed to the negative. Nothing seems to work, expensive, delays on communication and really poor service.
Do yourself a favour and go with another company.
