Extremely disappointed with my…

Edited to reply to Vila: I've since been offered a 20% refund to keep the damaged dresses (which I won't be doing, as these are bridesmaids dresses) or place a new order at full price and pay p&p. Make it make sense please?

Extremely disappointed with my purchasing experiencing and customer service experience.
I purchased two maxi dresses for my bridesmaids, both arrived damaged. One had a greasy/oily mark on the material and the other various catch marks all over the material.
I contacted customer service and received a reply within a few hours (so I initially thought this would turn out to be a good experience) saying to send them back at no cost to me (which is standard as they are faulty) but that they couldn't send replacements as I'd requested, and that I'd need to place a new order. Which is fine, but I queried that it unfair that I would need to then pay postage a second time and also that I received 10% off for signing up to their newsletter and placing my first order and would like the cost to be the same, but have now been ignored and no further communication, despite sending a chase email. So I'm still in limbo. Also failed to answer my question about how these two dresses even managed to pass quality control and be sent to me. Overall such a disappointing experience with this company.

Easy and quick ordering and delivery

Easy and quick ordering and delivery. Clothes does small a bit of factory Asia and not all the items i ordered is okey in quality. But pretty clothes to affordable prices.

Lovely knitwear!

I bought a beautiful cardigan on holiday in Lanzarote , so soft and comfortable. When I got home I checked online and discovered I could buy Vila in the Uk so purchased a jumper in the same fabric, wide choice of colours and feel lovely

The returns process.

Unfortunately the trousers were too big so I had to return them. My five star rating is based on the returns procedure. I registered my return on line. I then wrapped the item in its original packaging and brought it to my local post office. There was no charge for returning it. Great service.
