The delivery has been delayed
The delivery has been delayed: I've ordered on 17th of August and received them on 27th. I needed to contact to the customer service to make sure if everything was fine. Moreover, the packages of A3 paper were all partly torn and damaged. I had to trash some sheets because of that. This time I won't return the product or negotiate to compensate, because we need them now and don't have time to wait. I really hope you to improve your service. Best regards,

Worst service!
Prior to my review here yesterday I have been contacted Viking which informed me that my order was delivered and sign to and received an email from GLS with prove of delivery signed by someone that wasn't me as I wasn't home because I never received a confirmation nor information of when my order was going to be delivered.
Upon calling the customer service I received contradictory information: 1- GLS is locating the parcel and will be delivered within a couple of days 2- GLS is investigating where the parcel is and to whom it was delivered.
What type of service are you offering if can't offer nor guarantee something as simple as delivery not even mentioning provide accurate and correct information about a order.
As I asked to the customer service I want this order cancelled and my money reimbursed as soon as possible as you clearly don't know how to provide a good customer service nor partnering with trustworthy parcel delivery companies.

Bad experience overall
I've placed my order a week ago and still hasn't been delivered, the track and trace information in the site and delivery partner is either incorrect or the parcel hasn't been shipped yet.
No where in the website is possible to see the expected delivery time.

Latest viking order: problems with delivery (NL008176147W)
The latest viking order (NL008176147W), was never delivered into my hands, it was left downstairs between the front entrance door and the internal door, upside down. We had ordered, among other articles, coffee mugs, some of which were found broken, probably due to the miscarriage and misdelivery of the pack.
The customer service has been very helpful, ordering for me new mugs. I received a new set of mugs and the broken ones were taken back, but I still need to receive the reimbursement for the substitution order.
