Bad online ordering and client support
Paid online on their website using ideal and money was deducted from my bank account but did not receive an order or purchase confirmation by email or in my account with them! Sending a complaint was not straightforward as I was logged out of my account by their online system while filing my complaint and because I had to solve difficult CAPTCHAs to prove I am not a robot, prior to being allowed to send the complaint.

Worst experience ever!
This is literal the worst shoop I ever deall with. I ordered office chairs about month ago and they still dont know when the will recive my order. On top of that refound policy its 10 working days so it will be 1,5 month sience I have payd and proceed my order. To put everything together if you want waist your time money and nervs this is perfect way! I DO NOT RECOMEND Viking Nederland at all.

I was not satisfied with the experience. I ordered a printer that was available and was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. However, there was no update from anyone.. when I emailed to customer support i got no response. Post a week I called the customer executive where I was told that it is out of stock and you will receive the printer in 2 months. I asked to cancel the order and now I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks. The experience was annoying and disappointing.
