Awful. Shopped for past 4 years because I've always loved their clothing regardless of return policy.
Current situation in 2023 - poor quality- increase in pricing and good luck getting your orders. IF you get it - it takes FOREVER. OR they lose it and you can't reorder because it's generally sold out. They will honor you with a one time courtesy of giving your money back (lovely since they never gave you the product you ordered)
I had purchased 2 of the same dresses because I wasn’t sure of my size. Jess from customer service was prompt to help. I received an e gift card from my return. Vici makes it very easy for all returns. I also have never had a bad purchase! I will continue to shop at Vici!
The clothes were good, but the company is a bit of a scam. Firstly, it took forever for them to ship out my order, over a week. Then, when some of the items did not work, I could not return them. When buying the items it said that I could return, but when I went to return them I no longer could. The returns are for store credit only. I FEEL SCAMMED.
The problem is that you can only get store credit not return and that is only issued once they receive your returned item so the size needed is no longer available by the time it’s returned. In addition that is determined by the quantity they have in stock. Too many loop holes to get your desired size and product
For the first time I wanted to buy something on your page and I can't return it, I love all your clothes with your return policies but I will never buy anything from you, now I have to keep a dress that doesn't fit me.
by the way if you want to return an item, they give you a store credit, if I buy on Amazon on any other page this does not happen to me
I ordered something in the beginning of July. It got lost in the mail. And they are telling me I have to file a claim with the post office. I’ve never dealt with a company that didn’t just replace the item or issue at least store credit. I will never buy from them again.
Very disappointed with their policy. First of all I don’t think it’s right for any store to say you cannot return items for a refund but only store credit. They would not take my return for a refund onto my original form of payment. And when I asked about it I was was told that, that is written in their policy which is all the way at the bottom of the website page. So, honestly who’s going to see that.
The worst company ever!! My package got lost but I’m the one who needs to deal with the post office now for a refund! Never again!!!
I used to love buying from this website. The last two times that I bought from this website in the past 3 months, I received the wrong size of multiple items on both occasions, I did not receive some of my items, some of the items were defected and the quality of the clothes is not as it used to be. I would not recommend this website.
This company has changed since 2022. Do not purchase from this retailer. I placed an order on June 25th, it’s July 12th and I still haven’t received the order. Any other vendor would 1)replace the order 2)issue a refund. Instead customer service tells you to call ups to file a claim and wait for a response before they will take any action. I have never shopped with an online retailer who makes you chase down their undelivered merchandise. Shipping is not the customer’s responsibility. Customer service also took over a week to respond to my initial email. It’s all bad. Save yourself the stress and shop anywhere else that actually cares about getting you the merchandise you paid for.
Vici is like a trap. They only issue store credit and no refunds. Their sizing is almost never accurate so you’ll most definitely end up returning. The quality is unacceptable for the price they charge; complete rip-off! I try to use all my store credit and be done with Vici but it just seems impossible. At this point, I just have to wish myself luck that whatever I order will fit and will be good quality. Ugh.
They don’t ever give a refund only credit and the shipping is terrible! I had returned some items that were nothing like the photos and they gave me an online credit. So I tried again and they sent me someone else’s order and I never got my own order. Their answer was to give my a 12.00 in store credit for my missing order. Lol my whole order was over a 100.00. But because I used my previous credit from a return and only paid 12.00 cash for that order they didn’t give me my previous credit in addition to the cash. Worst online company ever!
They’re quick to take your money and extremely slow to send your items. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t received my package.Is this company based in mars ?This is unbelievable.Customer care is trash

Trust the other reviews about terrible customer service and shipping. I ordered 10 days ago and my order still hasn’t shipped. No one will answer emails or questions via their “chat”.
Horror! I returned items through happy returns and it said I would receive a credit. Never received it. Multiple emails went unanswered. Finally after two weeks received a response. They only give credits, not refunds and it took nearly a month to get it.
I have been shopping with Vici for a few years now. I was SO hesitant at first because I think they popped up as an ad in my Instagram feed. I had never bought from an online boutique at this point (I think they have actual locations in California), and this was the first.
Love everything about Vici... my one complaint is that the daily and weekly drops will eventually bankrupt me. Their clothes are gorgeous, and they have a wide variety of styles and sizes to accommodate everyone.
There were a few times when sizing didn't work for me, I can't ever get a pair of their jeans to fit right, but returns are never a problem, and customer service is responsive. A lot of people complain that refunds are store credit only, but they make it super clear in their terms, so that was something that never bothered me or took me by surprise. I actually think this makes them more lenient with returns. I decided I didn't like the way a shirt fit me probably two months or longer after purchase (didn't wear it, just tried it on). They refunded me in store credit without issue.
They constantly have sales that are 20% off or more, and they often pair sales with "Vici bucks" where you get a gift card sent to you to use on a purchase.
LOVE Vici, definitely give them a chance!
