Bought a 60 dollar dress, shipping was 30, quality is poor (think Shein...) and no returns available (is it even legal in Europe?).

Avoid!

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would!! I ordered tops from them that were nothing like the picture. I ordered a skirt in an XL and it was extremely too big! So I figured I'd be safe ordering the L. But it was extremely too small! I ordered a dress and as soon as I took it out of the package one of the snaps came out of the fabric. They ONLY do store credit for returns! So I had $110 in store credit. I didn't want to risk spending it on clothing since I had had such bad luck already. So I ordered two necklaces and a belt (which by the way are OSFA!! The necklaces look like the cheap crap that you'd buy in the children's toy department at the dollar store and the belt is too small to fit my 29" waist! So I'm stuck with this crap and out $110! I sent an email explaining my disappointment in their refund policy and their poor quality products and received no response!

I have not had a bad experience with them as of yet, been a customer for 3 years now. They now even have a points program which is great! I was able to return items and get my money back. Not sure why people are saying only for store credit, perhaps it's different from one country to another?

Be aware that if the item doesn’t fit or you’re unhappy with the quality, you can only get store credit—not a refund. I don’t think that’s good customer service. I was definitely not satisfied with my experience and wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

I placed an order a month ago and haven’t heard back from them. I sent them an email and still no reply. They took my money and ran basically. Do not order from these scam artists! Big scam! Extremely unprofessional! How are they still in business??

I’ve been a loyal VICI customer for 5–7 years, spending thousands annually. Recently, a misleading promo led me to reach out to customer service. While they refunded one item, I was shocked there was no acknowledgment of my long-term loyalty — no gesture of appreciation, no follow-up beyond the minimum fix. Disappointed to feel like just another transaction after years of support.

I was sent a very ugly cloth for not a cheap price AUD 100 , totally different to picture with cheapest quality material.

I would not even give one star, but I had to give a star to be able to leave a review. I did not read the reviews prior to making a purchase. They do not give you refunds only gift cards. There is no customer service to talk to live. They deduct a lot for their processing fees when you return items. Their policy states you can cancel an order within an hour, and I tried that, but still received the item and now are fighting with them about a refund. They are trying to de activate the gift cards that I’ve already received from past order returns. You cannot speak to their customer service department only through email communication which has been very difficult. I have ordered all sizes of dresses and they all seem to be the same size because none of them fit and I’m a normally and size 8 dress just in the cycle now trying to use the Gift cards that I have but nothing ever fits so I need to return things and they just keep taking more money off

Don’t use this website. I ordered before I read the reviews. Luckily they let me cancel my item immediately and assured I’d receive a full refund 10-20 days. I’m now without an item and without a refund and my emails are now being ignored.

Horrible! I had no contact from them to return ab item! I have never ever experienced such an unprofessional approach!!! So disappointed in them!

I love this store, everything is so cute! they don't offer refunds but I always am able to use store credit on something else since there's so many cute options and very nice quality

Their sizing is all over the place. I bought a dress size up from my usually size when it came in it was very small I couldn’t even put it on. I bought sweater my size and it was huge lol. I also got a top and it came in too small. I returned some of the things I bought for an exchange it took forever for them to give me store credit because they don’t do returns where they give you your money back. I’ll never spend a dime at vici again.

Horrible service. Ordered a dress and despite following the measurements, it fits huge!!! Tried to return it only to learn that I will only get a store credit and it’s minus a big fee. There is no way to message anyone. Zero customer care. Do not buy from this company!!!

All of these five star reviews are bogus. I ordered two sweaters and both arrived too late and do not fit me and now I’m stuck with the sweaters because I just realized these thieves won’t give me my money back. I should also say that I reached out when they didn’t arrive on time and the email back said “contact the shipping company” and the shipping company was dhl, another joke of a company…. I’m so upset and feel like I’ve been robbed for almost $100 and I’m a single mom at Christmas and I don’t want their store credit. What awful people. The 5 star reviews are so fake

HORRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Purchased 2 dresses and 2 different sizes! The material & quality were horrible!!! Returned them the same day I received them and was told store credit only!!! NEVER received a store credit or anything from this company. Customer service is NONE EXISTENT!!!! DO NO PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

I have to write this review about VICI. Having being a loyal customer for over 6 years , this year they have decided NOT to put my name on address ?!!!!🤷

I have had to constantly EDIT my name and address for orders numerous times to get my name on the delivery address. I can't email VICI DOLLS. It is an absolute unprofessional company. I have contacted them through Instagram and customer service but get the stupid reply Yes we have your name!!! So why isn't it on package? Date of experience???? All of this year. Fed up. Lots of better customer service in other boutiques out there!!!!
