Enjoyed my time at Honey Island! Very informative. Was able to see crocodiles like Elvis, a raccoon named George, a turtle, pelicans, and a bunch of Cypress trees. Definitely check it out.

Carlo was knowledgeable, engaging and a great driver. He got us close to all the important sites that we wanted to see and was very flexible in dropping us off at our hotel.

The guide was great! They were very helpful with us and our baby. They even called when they realised we were a little late. The location was also fantastic. It was a great day tour.

Very easy to find options. Very simple to select the one of interest. Booking worked very well. The option to reserve without paying immediately is great. The only suggestion would be to have a more prominent LINK to the various restrictions that apply to some of the options. For example, luggage limitations, and wait time restrictions on airport transfers.

Tour 1: No tickets provided, no help when we were in front of the attraction, email and WhatsApp messages ignored, phone not answered. Tour 2: tickets provided this time, but tour delayed 15 minutes while waiting for your agent to show up. The tour was very brief and led by a very bored woman.

This is the second time that I've booked an activity through this company associated with a cruise I was going on. First time was a catamaran trip, which was canceled because there one enough people and now a golfcart rental for the day was canceled for no reason, two weeks ahead of time. Don't think I'll be using them again.

DEPLORABLE SERVICE!!! (Queens Bus Tour for Niagara Falls) DO NOT BOOK QUEENS TOUR, CANADA

This was the worst experience I ever had on an international bus tour or any bus tour. My family and I traveled to Canada from The Bahamas to celebrate our Mother's 80th birthday.

On May 7th - we arrived less than 10mins late (downtown Toronto). The Queens Tour female tour bus driver was impolite & unaccomodating; she stated that her bus was "full". How can the bus be full when we paid in full in advance? Clearly, we could see that the bus WAS NOT FULL!!! Sadly we missed the 1st half of bus tour. REGRETTABLE. UNACCEPTABLE

We paid even money to catch another bus so Mum doesn't miss Niagara Falls. They (Queens Tour) claimed they were trying to reach us.

At the end of the Niagara Falls tour we arrived at the designated Queens Tour Pickup Spot very early eventhough it was wet, cold & raining. We kept getting the turnaround from 2 other Queens Tour drivers that our designated bus driver would arrive 3:05pm, Ok. However, she was a few minutes late. But when she arrived, it was the very same impolite, unaccomodating female bus driver. She prevented my 80-year old Mother and us from entering the bus and asked us to wait in the cold and rain.

Queens Tour drivers are not friendly, not accommodating and lack common decency & empathy towards people of Color and Senior citizens. They really need really extensive training on how to handle guests of all nationality & age!!

We missed out on the beginning part of their tour. We cannot get that time back. Memories and monies are lost.

DO NOT BOOK WITH QUEENS TOUR (CANADA)

We were told to catch another bus which we had to pay for a taxi to do. More inconvenience. When we arrived we that bus was not available either.

Reliable with good tour guides per my past experiences.

At first, the trip to Draculas castle, Peles slott and the old town, there was an amazing guide! The parlament was also nice with that girl who told us everthing she knew!
At last the trip to Constanta and Mamaia. Very good guide, but finally in Mamaia, it was heavy rain and thunder so we could'nt see much. But that was the weather. We felt safe the whole tour. A little bit hard to find the meetingplaces, but we did it! I recomend Viator!

The site is easy to work with. Being Canadian, I like that the funds payable are in Canadian dollars. I also like that they are refundable if I need to cancel the tour.

Easy to book and easy to change the tour time to be with our large group. Thank you!

Jason was great fun to be with and extremely knowledgeable about all things wildlife in Jackson Hole. We saw a bear and a bison stampede among other things! Highly recommend!
