BE AWARE/WARNED if you go through the process og bying tickets, the only time you will be presented with a price, is after viagogo has charged you card, there is no checkout, these is no warning as to the total price for ticket purchased, when you see the pice you have been charged.
Any charges made to your credit card is made by viagogo in Switzerland, Switzerland is not abliges to use 3D secure, so the charge does not need to be aproved via NETS prior to charging your creditcard.

You have to stay far away from Viagogo, which is why you have to buy tickets for Dimash concerts in 2022. if you do not want to be cheated.
We had to book tickets for the concert in Prague, and wanted to sit on the floor. But we were not given the opportunity to choose the row and seat. We could only choose the right or left side. we chose the most expensive for 2,500, - Danish kroner, but we got tickets in the second back row at a normal price 916, - Danish kroner (also on the ticket 3290 kc) it is more than twice as much as the tickets cost, if you use of a proper ticket point of sale. It's pure theft. so pass this message on to all the Dimash fans you know.

Hvis du gerne vil sidde på gulvet, kan du kun vælge om du vil sidde til højre eller venstre, ikke noget med række eller sæde. Vi valgte venstre side fordi de var dyreste, i tro på at så fik vi bedre pladser. Men ak nej, vi fik pladser på anden sidste række 39 til en normal pris på 916,-kr,pr stk, men vi har betalt 2.500,-kr pr stk. Det er det rene fup firma, hold jer lagt væk, hvis I ikke vil snydes.

Cheat site, scam and hustlers

They scam my old grandpa out of 300 eu, the site said 300 DKK, and somewhere along the buy they changed it to eu, he did not notice. When i try to contact them they do not answer, this is a scam site, trying to take money for nothing.
The tickets are not real and can't be used

Cheated my grandpa for 300€ on a 300dkk koncert.
First the price was 300dkk and at the last check out it changed to 300€.
Then the tickets they sent him was fake. (Was confirmed fake by the eventmanager of the concert).
He have been trying to get his money back since december 2019.
Everytime he writes to them in danish, they answer that they dont understand danish. When he writes in english they sent an answer in danish.
They are doing everything they can to keep the money they scamed from a 75yr old man. They are the worst! Keep away!!!

Our Concert was canceled and we have struggled to get our money back for more than 1 years. This company is full of sh.. and are apparently not interested in honesty and customer service. Do not buy anything from these hustlers.

What these people are doing is illegal, and immoral. Do not buy tickets from them.

I am afraid it is a fraudster company! They are not refunding money from tickets that are cancelled. I have tried for more than 4 weeks, and I have spoken to two differnt contacts that just plays me.
Dont pay anything upfront!

I was charged €243.41 for two tickets of face value €60 each: 102% mark-up.
I won't use them again.

Stay away from this scam site unfortunately didn't payed enough attention but therefore paid at least double the normal price for the worst available tickets. Thank you Johnny Koper

NEVER USE VIAGOGO. I Paid more than double - TOTAL RIPOFF - They LIE and tell you that there are a few tickets left, use countdowns and tactics that dont give you the chance to check out what's happening - when the bill arrives they have added a very large booking fee, and the receipt is in russian rubles! regardless of which country you are from - RUSSIAN TICKET TOUTS - STAY AWAY.

Payed double for a ticket to Maroon 5 in Aalborg. Scammers! Never use this site for buying your tickets

I purchased 2 tickets that were $450/per ticket. My receipts came and showed I was charged $1300. I called and they said there is a buyer's fee of $380 per ticket, which doesn't make sense but the customer service person had such a strong accent that I couldn't clear it up What I did understand was that I can not refund the tickets. This is a scam of an operation. Better business bureau worthy.

We bought ticket for the game Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid. For f******800 euros. We traveled all the way to Barcelona for the game, and 24 hours before the game you sent us a mail saying that you are sorry for not be able to give us the god damn tickets. F***you seriously. I will take this to the court. I will get this bs shut down. F*** you.

Terrible customer service before during and after the event. They got me missing the event due to bad communication let alone the significant amount of money I spend for the unique rugby match during these 6 nations.
Would never buy tickets ever from them again.

I have been scammed out of £150 by these people, but I now have another problem. They have sent me a message including, for the first time, a phone number. Should I call this number? If I do, will I find I've been scammed out of even more? Does anybody has any experience of this?

Couldn't sell my ticket because they were electronic. Viagogo charged me a huge portion of the ticket price without any way of challenging that.

NEVER buy tickets through Viagogo! They are essentially ticket touts - buying up tickets from other ticket outlets and reselling them at a huge premium. Their website is engineered to put pressure on the user (countdowns, nearly sold out etc) and they'll add a huge fee at the end after you've entered all your credit card details. For two tickets for a show worth in total 80€ I ended up paying 255€. I complained and never heard back from their customer service.

Reserved tickets for Lea Salonga in London 27 Feb. Have confirmed reservation. Never received tickets for download.
Pursued it on their website, and got a standard answer of just having to wait.
Today, travelling to London for this consert tomorrow, I called the help center. They excused, and told me they would secure download of tickets immediately.
Then, very quickly, i got an e-mail informing me that the concert was rescheduled to July!
No refund since the concert was not cancelled!!!
This is totally unacceptable.

Stolen money from me, over £200 for tickets I've sold and they're refusing to pay me
