I bought two tickets for Dieter Nuhr in Augsburg via viagogo already in January. Only afterwards did I realize that the original ticket price was just €45 per ticket, while I paid €298 for two tickets in total including fees.

I understand that viagogo is a resale platform, but the price difference feels extremely excessive and not transparent enough for customers. The website gives the impression of being an official ticket provider, which can easily mislead buyers. Very disappointing experience!

Please be aware they work only with resellers and can not ensure the tickets will be delivered. They do not mention that when you buy the tickets. In other words you may receive the tickets or not. The reseller may deliver the ticket a couple of hours before the event. Shame on them

Very good, everything was ok, I received my tickets an the concert was amazing

It was a bit stressing the fact that we could not download the tickets at first but then everything was sorted out.

I am please more than I expected. The process went just like how it was described and I cound manage to access the tickets in the predicted time. I am also happy for the low fees to purchase a second hand ticket. Thank you for an unforgettable night.

Entry was smooth and fast and of course the Tame Impala concert was incredible!!! Great experience, wholeheartedly recommending to everyone!

It was a great experience for me to go to the soccer and the ticketing process was good. I just wasn't clear on the exact entry point to the stadium. I spent quite a bit of time walking almost a full circuit of the stadium to find the right gate.

What a scam company, tried to book a football match event, logged on their website and first thing you see its a big green banner at the bottom of the screen that says "prices include all fees".... what a misleading conning tactic.
I have selected the tickets i wanted, entered all details and proceeded to checkout, where the big con of viagogo reveals itself....they add "booking fees per each tickets of £43"....booking fees for tickets that i was booking myself.
So much for stating prices include all fees.
What an un-complaint company, misleading, lying on their own website trying to charge each customer nearly £100 for booking tickets themselves, after saying all prices are fully inclusive.
Robbing client on plain site and with no shame, no wonder they opened several websites for their own company as they couldn't cope with all the negative reviews they have, for people finding out their real conduct when selling online.

Worst experience ever! 200 € for 2 tickets for Greenbeats in Munich. Tickets nevef arrived, dident get the money back nor got a response of my emails.

They sent the tickets by regular mail ONE DAY BEFORE the event--never mind that the city is still a 3-hour drive away. AND THEN the day before the event ends up being a holiday, so they are scheduled to be delivered THE DAY OF the event--and then are delayed until the following week because regular mail has no reason to rush. No e-ticket provided. Absolute insanity. Any ticket seller in their right mind, even secondhand, would send the tickets out at least a week in advance. All in all, a waste of time and money.

The seller pulled out of the ticket transfer last minute and viagogo replaced the ticket with a significantly cheaper ticket. When I asked for a goodwill compensation for a severely overpriced ticket, I got denied.
Definitely don’t recommend using resale websites in general but the customer support on viagogo was much of a let down.

​Illegal Drip Pricing: I was charged €382.44, which included €116.37 in hidden fees that were not disclosed until after payment authorization. This is a direct violation of EU Price Transparency laws (2026 update).
​Unfit for Purpose: This is for the 'Ye Live in Istanbul' show. The official organizers (Bugece/ILS Vision) issued a public warning on March 12, 2026, stating that third-party tickets are NOT valid and mandatory ID checks will be performed. ​Refusal to Refund: Support refused a refund and told me to 'resell' the tickets, which would force me to defraud another consumer with an invalid ticket.

Easy booking, good price, great delivery.

Scam! If i can put negative number i would! Scammers, i lost 489 euro! My tickets never arrived and customer service did not do anything to help me or to punish the person who 'sold' me the tickets. Never use this place!

Went to Bremen from Odense thought the tickets would be sure.. but the did not come.. what a shame and waste of time.. never gonna use viagogo again!

Ich habe über Viagogo zwei Arena-Tickets für Herbert Grönemeyer bestellt und bezahlt. Stattdessen erhielt ich billigere Tickets, sogenannte UMGRIFF-Tickets. Ich versuche seit Stunden, jemanden zu finden, der die Situation versteht und eine Rückerstattung veranlassen kann, bisher jedoch ohne Erfolg.

Da es sich tatsächlich um Eventim-Tickets handelt, stellt sich die Frage, warum Eventim solch eine undurchsichtige Marketingplattformen nutzt.

Ihr Geschäftsmodell ist schlichtweg unethisch. Sie verlangen überhöhte Preise und verschicken dann billige Tickets, die als Upgrades beworben wurden.

Mein Rat: Finger weg von dieser merkwürdigen Firma!

I ordered and paid for two arena tickets for Herbert Grönemeyer from viagogo. Instead, I received cheaper tickets, so called UMGRIFF -Tickets. I've been trying for hours to find someone who understands the situation and can process a refund, but so far, no success.

Since these are actually Eventim tickets, it begs the question why Eventim uses such obscure marketing platforms.

Their business model is simply unethical. They charge uplifts and then send out cheap tickets that were advertised as upgrades.

My advice: stay away from this strange company.

We got the tickets via email one day before concert, it worked out perfectly fine, was easy to download and we had 0 complications

To purchase my ticket for the Bologna vs Aston Villa game on the 9th April, was made very easy and efficient and handled professionally by Viagogo. The communication up until the game was very supportive and afterwards Viagogo enquired about whether my experience went well. I highly recommend this platform for ticket purchases.
