Easy enough to find tickets of all different price ranges. Very smooth getting the tickets once they eventually came through. That would be my only drawback is it was just day before concert before... See more

Extremely stressful experience buying tickets - that were purchased in September last year. Kept having to chase transfer of tickets and was constantly told they'd be sent before the show. Tickets were eventually sent within AN HOUR of the show and only on arrival at the venue did we realise the WRONG tickets were sent. These have been missole and a refund is required however they are refusing. The tickets sent were not as advertised or what was paid for! Shocking and total scam. Will be pursuing legal action
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience — avoid
Should have an option to give a negative star!
I purchased tickets for a very special occasion over a year ago, spending over £1,500. I was assured that I would receive the tickets by 9 August, with the Ariana Grande concert taking place on Sunday 16 August.
Despite repeatedly being told to “check my emails”, nothing was ever received. Today I spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the issue, speaking to Eunice, Anna and several other customer service representatives both online and by phone. Unfortunately, I was given the same generic response each time — that they were “trying to contact the seller” and would call me back.
This is completely unacceptable, especially given the amount of money paid and the fact that these tickets were purchased so far in advance. My daughter is extremely disappointed, and we have also wasted money on train tickets and a hotel because we genuinely believed we had secured our tickets.
The entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration and disappointment. At this point, I expect the full refund I was advised I would receive by telephone and as stated on the website.
I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing through this company. Over £1,500 is a huge amount of money to spend and be left chasing answers days before an event.
For me, this experience has been extremely poor from start to finish. Not worth the hassle, stress or disappointment. Avoid and save yourself the frustration.
DO NOT BUY FTOM THESE!
DO NOT BUY FTOM THESE!
We were scammed when we bought tickets last October, for the Ludovico tickets for March 2026 at the Royal Albert Hall, when we got there there was no such seats, I had to buy more tickets and they gave us a letter to send to Viagogo, as they had this problem constantly with fake tickets.
We immediately got in touch with them and they STILL HAVE NIT REIMBURSED US, and it is AUGUST !! Tbd bank is now getting involved!
This is probably the fourth or fifth order
This is probably the fourth or fifth time I have used Viagogo, and I have always been very satisfied with their services and reliability. The booking process is easy, communication is good, and everything has always worked out well.
The only thing I would recommend improving in the future is the ticket delivery method. I would not recommend using the national postal service, as delivery can be very slow. Our tickets took quite a long time to arrive, and we were worried that we might not receive them in time. A faster international courier service would provide much more peace of mind.
Overall, I am very happy with Viagogo and would definitely use their services again.
Ive been chasing Viagogo for my tickets…
Ive been chasing Viagogo for my tickets all week, the seller has them and is not forwarding them on so I can book travel and accommodation. The keep telling me that they have a fan guarantee where they will either refund or find other seats on the day. They can not guarantee I'll get the tickets but were happy to sell, surely this is miss selling. I paid via PayPal but will lose out on travel and accommodation costs if their seller is a scam. Ive been chasing again today and they wont respond even though they can contact the seller directly. I know they have till 4pm only three hours before the concert however this seller has had those tickets now and have not forwarded them onto me. I dont want to for many days and I dont want to be stuck in London with two disappointed children, Viagogo have had my money since September 12th 2025, the very least they can do it contact the seller and insist the forward them on.
They won't pay you!!!
I sold two Coldplay tickets for the Wembley Stadium concert on 6 September 2025 for a total of £300 through Viagogo. Instead of receiving the full amount, I received only £254.44, so I contacted customer support to understand why.
What has followed has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.
I have contacted Viagogo numerous times and have had to explain exactly the same issue over and over again. Every time I receive a reply, it comes from a different advisor who appears to have little or no knowledge of the previous correspondence.
Over the course of my case I have repeatedly been told that:
* My case has been escalated.
* My case has been re-escalated.
* The Payments Team is investigating.
* The relevant department is reviewing my case.
* The evidence I submitted has been received.
* A report has been raised.
* I should wait another 14 days.
* I will receive an update soon.
Despite all of these assurances, I still have no final resolution.
Even more frustrating is that I have received conflicting explanations. At one stage I was told the difference was due to currency conversion. Later I was informed that a report had to be raised because I had received £254.44 instead of £300. I have repeatedly had to explain the same payment discrepancy, provide the same information and resubmit evidence, only for my case to be passed to yet another team.
It feels like every response simply says the case has been escalated without anyone actually taking ownership or resolving it. Instead of progressing the matter, I am left in a cycle of repeating myself, waiting for another generic update and then explaining everything again to a different representative.
A customer should not have to chase the same issue for weeks, repeatedly explain the same facts, and receive multiple inconsistent responses just to understand why they have not received the expected payment.
I hope Viagogo reviews the way it manages customer support cases. Escalating a case should lead to a resolution, not another email asking the customer to wait while the issue is passed from one department to another

I got a great price and everything went smoothly
Scammed.
Ordered tickets for Ariana Grande in June. Cost of over $1100.
The concert is tomorrow and we have to que from 10am. As of yet I have no tickets. Viagogo have been promising me for seven days they will arrive
I discovered yesterday that the seller of the tickets didn't have any and was a scammer. Viagogo are now asking me to wait three hours before the show and IF there are any left, they will send replacements.
I have spent £600 on a hotel, £300 on a hire car and another ticket at £500, on top of the £1100 for these missing tickets.
I now have a devastated daughter who cannot see her idol in concert thanks to the scammers at viagogo.
This company do not care about their customers, I urge you not to spend any money with them. I'm now filing a legal case for compensation to cover the distress and financial loss from this horrendous experience.
The company and it's staff should be ashamed of themselves.
I bought tickets for Hamilton to…
I bought tickets for Hamilton to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. We were a little worried about actually having tickets for the show but the email communication reassured us that our tickets would be delivered the morning of the show - and they came the day before and were easy to download. No problems getting into the show - and it was amazing to see Leslie Odom Jr!
Won’t pay out on sold tickets
Won’t pay out on sold tickets - stay away from this terrible company. I sold and transferred Lewis Capaldi tickets for his gig on 27th June. Payment should have arrived a few days later. It’s now 14th Aug and despite numerous emails to their customer service team I have not received any response or payment. Chatbot looked at my account and acknowledged an attempt at payment but a process fault their end resulted in failed payment. I’ve been trying to contact them and get payment but nothing. Do not sell your tickets through them unless you want to lose your money. SCAMMERS and THEIVES
Viagogo failed to advertise that entry…
Viagogo failed to advertise that entry was prior to 3PM, all that was advertised on their website was 'early access', which can be construed a number of ways. False advertising and poor customer service.
Honestly they feel like a scam
Honestly they feel like a scam. Bought a ticket the night before a gig for £25. The next day, around 1530 I looked and it said they wouldn't be able to provide the ticket (no email or anything, I actually had to open the website to check what was going on). It gave an option to select a replacement ticket or choose a refund. I selected replacement ticket, but after it's search, it said there were no replacement tickets, I had to have a refund.
I looked on the website and there were still tickets available, for around £40. I called up and the man on the phone refused to swap my ticket for a £40 one, even though they'd failed to provide me with my original ticket. There was an option to get £29 credit on viagogo, rather than taking a refund, which I tried to do several times, so I could buy a £40 ticket and save a little money, but this option never worked, so ended up going for a normal refund and buying the more expensive ticket (it was standing at the venue, so no difference in quality of the ticket). Very frustrating and angry and it's just the greed of the company, who refused to replace a ticket they couldn't provide. Will never be using again.
I had a brilliant time
I had a brilliant time. Billy Icean was fantastic and Tom he blew the roof off. Only problem was when my two friends got drunk coz we were on the slope they nearly Went flying but that was their own fault!!!! The change of stage I wand t sure why but had a great time all the same
ViaGoGo just lies and here is evidence
Just do not use. Complete lies and quote UTC time to appear (1 hour ahead UK) they met objectives. Here is recent comms with Amex chargeback you get the idea.
Dear American Express Disputes Team,
I would like to clarify an important point in Viagogo’s response.
Viagogo claims that I accessed the tickets at 15:31 UTC (16:31 UK time). I agree that 16:31 was when the tickets were delivered, but I completely dispute that I accessed or used them.
The event had already started at 14:00 UK time, meaning the tickets arrived approximately 2½ hours after the event began. Viagogo had expressly promised that the tickets would be delivered before the event started.
By 16:31 I had already refused the tickets because they were far too late to be of any use and communicated this in chat with them. I never accessed or used them.
I have enclosed screenshots showing the timeline. Viagogo also subsequently emailed me the barcodes at around 17:00, further supporting that delivery/access should not be treated as the same thing.
The key point is simple: the tickets were promised before 14:00, were not delivered until 16:31, and were never accessed or used by me.

Outstanding customer service
The company provide an outstanding client service, I'm very satisfied about how they inform, follow up and the way they explain all process steps, making our experience very smooth and I appreciate that and also very grateful for it.
10/10 to everyone
I initially hadn’t received the ticket for the event, but the people in charge did everything they could to make sure I was able to get it in time. 10/10 to everyone! It was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend purchasing tickets
