In total, we treat around 200,000 small animals every year — our highly-skilled team works hard throughout the night, weekends and Bank Holidays. The two vets and the receptionist were very friendly but professional. Our dog was looked after straight away, and very importantly, there was no judging of the fact that we’d left a piece of food which was potentially fatal within reach of a Labrador!

Excellent, warm, friendly service
A warm friendly welcome as we arrived for an emergency appointment. The consultation was very thorough and pleased to say not a serious concern. However the staff were in no way rushing us out and took so much time to make our 7month old very relaxed and they gave us so much information and advice. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and reassuring us that our puppy’s post-op recovery is going ok.

Amazing service
Amazing service, we were so worried about our little pooch but after the video call with Lara and the thorough way she covered everything through my hands on Luna, we felt so much better and obtained an appointment at our local vets on the Monday morning.

Vets now are an awful company obsessed with money and not animal care
Our Jack Russell had to be taken into emergency care as she had pancreatitis. The vets decided that she needed to stay with them for the first couple of days after minor surgery. After over night costs, the operation (which was minor) and medication she was given, the stay cost almost £2000. They released her back into our care as she wouldn’t eat for them. When we picked her up, we noticed they had given a very small amount of medication for her. As it turns out they thought she’d die pretty soon after being released. If you believe a dog is that ill that it’s not going to recover then why convince a desperate owner to keep the dog at the vets for two days and spend thousands when there’s no hope?! As it was she managed to survive just under a month until she had to be put to sleep. Vets now do not care about the animals. They are only interested in money.
