When my dog was diagnosed with Leishmania, the cost for the vets meds were extortionate, so I decided to try to source them myself. I did need to pay £20 for the Vets prescription, but FiveMileTown/VetsMedsDirect were over 60% cheaper, and for a condition that can take up to 12 months to clear, thats a significant cost. The customer service and delivery, organised by Yvonne and Mark was both friendly, efficient and most importantly, the meds arrived in time to stop the symptoms progressing (2 working days). In an age where Vets seem to be a license to print money, FMT/VMD are offering a cost effective and friendly service for a significantly reduced price. I would highly recommend  FMT/VMD to anyone who has to buy their own pets meds, thank you all.

First, one of the itmes I ordered (advertised as in stock) was out of stock with no delivery date from the supplier.
Then my order sat at a packed and ready for dispatch status for 3 days. On querying why, if it was ready, it had not been dispatched I received a rather snotty email back quoting the original delivery estimate (which, thank you, I do actually know - that's not what I was asking!!!)
Finally, one of the items was crushed in the post. Complained and asked for a refund but no response as yet.

Will definitely not use again and would not recommend!!
