Conner Bushnell did an awesome job getting my wife and I through the loan process when we were buying our home. He is very professional and a top notch loan officer. He always kept us on track during the loan process from beginning to end and made sure we were aware of what we needed to do to keep our loan processing on track. My first contact with Denitra Cosby was eye opening because she alerted me to information I had no knowledge about. One year later I found myself calling her back to do business, because I researched the information and was surprised at what I found out.
One thing Denitra taught me is as a client you must be willing to do the work pulling your personal documents to get what you need. For me the process was easy because Denitra sent clear instructions on what was needed. We built a great relationship that formed a great business relationship. Remember that as a client the loan officer does not have your information and you are responsible for pulling those documents. I enjoyed working with Denitra and highly recommend her. Company operates very underhandedly, agents like Adam I'm not very knowledgeable and supervisors when informed of certain essential requests like Malissa, are more poised to argue... The lack of attention to detail especially as regards the best interests of the client was overlooked by Adam the agency does not seem to be run very well.. I am, Adam, Malissa, lot's of malingering, in relation to what you would expect for an agency you seem to have a low regard for ethical behavior.

I got involved with Veteran's First while I was looking to buy my first home. The process ended up being very delayed due to a series of renovations that were taking place, but Denitra stayed patient over the months, and she was pleasant and professional in every conversation we had. As soon as the renovations were complete and the property went on market, I found a realtor, and they immediately went to work together. After that, the process moved very fast, even with my chaotic work schedule that involves extensive travel. Despite the inefficiencies on my end, as well as my prior lack of homebuying experience, Denitra was available and patient while thoroughly explaining every step of this process, and I'm thankful for her correspondence.
