I ordered over 2 weeks ago and no notification of delivery time. I have emailed in relation to this and no reply yet after posting this earlier today I received a reply that my order is on the way

I plan to buy on this website.
But I got a big serious security risk. It sent my PASSWORD to my email directly, no hiding whatsoever.
Luckily my password is randomized. But what if this password is similar with my other passwords, and somebody pass by can look at my password. I never see this kind of practice before.

They sent me the wrong product with Order #500041019. I ordered Clinique Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto Replenishing Hydrator 50 ml from the link which had the original picture of the product. But, they sent me the "Intense" version of it. I raised a case for Return/Exchange with the correct hydrator. They asked me for the pictures of the product which I sent. After that there is no response to any follow-ups since a month now. I also tried to call there customer care number, but nobody cares to pickup the phone. On top of this, they changed the picture of the product in the link also to the "Intense" one. This doesn't give a good feeling of people who want to do business honestly. This is absolutely fraud. They haven't sent me the right product nor refunded my money back till now.

A bit longer delivery time because it was sent from Europe. Got my package and everything was very nice.
Customer service was also very helpful

I ordered 3 sets of eau de parfum and edt on the 25th of february and it arrived on the march 2. So very fast!

I'm happy and will order again.

Terrible website and scammers
I ordered a bottle of polo red parfum from their website and I wanted the 125ml and I paid for the 125ml. When the package arrived it was the 75ml and when I brought up my complaint about the wrong size. They asked me to send it back and I will get a refund for the 75ml price not the 125ml price I paid.
Do not buy from them as well because they advertise the larger size as cheap but it’s actually just the smaller size they will send out.

Everything was perfect, fast delivery, well packed item, it was 5 working days for me to get the package right at the door. Thank you!

They sell fakes and you can not get touch with them by the phone number which showed on their website. What’s more, they don’t reply the email as well after several weeks waiting! And the customer service is terrible,😞

Hi I live in Dublin and completed an order 2 days ago worth €130, got no confirmation email or tracking number to say that the purchase was complete although money was taken from my bank account, when I log into my vesira account it tells me I placed NO ORDERS. although money was taken from account. Going to be an anxious couple of weeks but after looking at the reviews it doesn't look good, so let's see how I get on!

My order was "lost." After contacting V several times I finally got an answer and they resent the order. It took many more CS requests to get a tracking number. I got my order after about a month. Products were good. Will not buy from V again.

I orded perfum on July. Never come, but customer services was Ok and they send me perfum again. This order not come too. I will wait one week more and I do another complaint but for money this time. I don’t recommend this shop

I ordered a perfume on July 1st and never received it. Can't get through to Vesira via phone or email, so I can't see how to get my purchase...
Vesira has received my payment and status of the parcel on the website says "shipped...
