I placed an order for a t-shirt on March 16th and was notified on March 19th that my package was on the way. However, I never received it.

I reached out to customer service on March 31st, and they replied on April 1st saying they would look into the issue. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing—and as of April 12th, I still haven’t received my order.

This is an incredibly disappointing experience. I would never feel comfortable ordering from them again. It honestly feels like the kind of place where you risk never seeing your package or your money again.

I really like their clothes, never had a problem with delivery.
Also shop has nice vibes and cool pieces you won’t find online

I like their shirts, but getting them delivered in America is a mess to say the least. I waited over 3 months before my shirts finally arrived. The shirts got shipped back to Germany twice. I would’ve expected that the company would investigate what went wrong the first time it got the shirts back, but that was not the case. I have American friends who had the same experience as me. I want to buy a lot of the stuff they sell, but before the American delivery issues get fixed, I’m not buying anything

Very bad customer experience. No label to send back, you need to print it yourself pay it. Luckily I tracked it via DHL because I didn’t heard back and first needed to invest myself and write them including shipping number to get the refund. Cool label but I won’t order again.

I ordered a shirt on November 27th and today on December 19th it has JUST been shipped which means it will be here on the 22-24 of December. The website said delivery in 3-5 but I have waited almost a month!!
I talked to costumer service and they didn’t help a bit! I don’t recommend buying from this place.
