Terrible experience – no delivery, no follow-up
I placed an order for a t-shirt on March 16th and was notified on March 19th that my package was on the way. However, I never received it.
I reached out to customer service on March 31st, and they replied on April 1st saying they would look into the issue. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing—and as of April 12th, I still haven’t received my order.
This is an incredibly disappointing experience. I would never feel comfortable ordering from them again. It honestly feels like the kind of place where you risk never seeing your package or your money again.
