Well, even when the products they sell are good, the shipping and in particular the return process is a pain in the neck. It took almost 2 weeks to get the package and the return is already 15 days ago and I haven’t heard from them. Customer service told me up to 15 working days to process the return. I am not sure when I will get my refund. Don’t know if I will order again

They told me 20% discount if I subscribed to the newsletter, but the prices went UP after applying the code.

Customer 'service' said the discount was applied on full price, and not on the current sale price, so I should remove the upcount/discount code again.

And when I did 'suddenly' one of the products was €10 more expensive as before applying the not working discount!
As I had 4 of that product (curtains) in my shopping basket, it was €40 more expensive!

They did their routine non-answers customer 'service' and that prices can fluctuate, but hey, what a coincidence!
My wife really wanted those curtains, but I removed all other products (€200 worth) I originally wanted to order and will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!

Great quality, great prices, very cute patterns, and super cotton. I am just disapointed that it is the last year with verbaudet, my son is already using 14 years cloths 😭I hope verbaudet will soon decide to go up to 18 years! Love verbaudet! Strongly recommend the brant!

I received the wrong item and have to pay a $15 fee to return it. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I have received no acknowledgement of my messages, nor any response from them. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this site again.
