WE CANCELLED WITHIN 2 WEEKS IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING LIED TO ABOUT DELIVERY IN 7-10 DAYS THAT THEY EXCEEDED. ALL WHILE THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WEREN’T GETTING OUR DAILY EMAILS. THEN PRETENDED TO SHIP CANCELLED ORDER 2 WEEKS AFTER CANCELLATION!! #SMDH YET THEY STILL GET TO KEEP OUR SMALL BUSINESS’ MONEY, #AmericanExpress??!!!

Ariel provided me with amazing support with my questions on my new Foundry Bench Corner Standing desk. I had questions on the assembly as well as a separate accessories order that I had made and Ariel was able to track down my order, verify it was shipping soon and also to provide me with a digital copy of the manual so that I could clearly see the images. Ariel was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our email and chat interactions and because of Ariel's efforts to assist me, I wanted to let everyone know how excellent Versa's customer service support is. Ariel was knowledgeable and responsive as he addressed my problem with a non-functioning Versadesk. I really appreciate talking with a real person and especially one who is empathetic and present.

Great desk, very good quality components and easy to assembly

I love this company!!! Their customer service goes above and beyond which is rare these days. Thank you Imma for quickly addressing and resolving an issue that we had so quickly. I highly recommend this company.

This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc.

Ariel Gurrea was excellent! He kept me up to date on shipping times and also sent me the assembly directions before it arrived so I could plan out the assembly.

The desk, looks great, is solid and works great! Happy customer.

The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!

We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!

I ordered a desk on 12/31 but hadn't received an update going on 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update, Ariel was quick to respond and let me know when I can expect it to ship. That was good enough for me, but when my order did ship she went out of her way to reach out to me and confirm the item shipped. I really appreciated that she took the initiative to follow up and not just forget about my request.

Ariel was attentive and timely. Worked hard to resolve my request. Was simply amazing!

Excellent customer service

Marie provided excellent customer service over the chat today. She was able to locate my order, give me a status update, and provide a pdf file to support the order. Looking forward to receiving our new drafting table!

Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)

As a first-time customer with VersaTables, I'm so far satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service offered. The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. The Service team was a great help, as they were prompt in responding to emails with answers to my questions about my order. I'd definitely consider shopping with VersaTables in the future.

Just waiting for my desk to arrive here very soon. Very excited to be able to add it to my office space and start the new year in style. Just wanted to say how much of a pleasure it's been dealing with Ariel and having a single point of contact. She has been staying on top of my order for me, providing updates even without me having to ask. Not something you get these days.

I’ve ordered from Versa before and had a great experience but this time around Ariel has taken it to a new level. She has been quick to respond when I’ve wanted updates on shipping, then more recently she quickly resolved my issue with a missing part. My Versa Desk when I pushed the power button to rise it up, the power went out and it remained in the up position. But due to the extraordinary support from Ms. Ariel Gurrea, we were able to resolve the problem after many days of trouble shooting, because I couldn't send any pictures due to the classified environment, I work in. Ms. Gurrea, is an awesome professional leader and adds tremendous value to Versa Tables organization. Truly, thankful for her untiring support.
