Very Well-Engineered and Excellent Materials w/ Great Customer Support.
This is an extremely well engineered and built piece of furniture. I had seen some reviews that it was difficult to assemble and parts were missing but they were from several months ago and I did not experience that. It does take a long time because there are a lot of pieces but no problems to speak of. What might be helpful in the future is labeling the parts that go together in a specific way to prevent the customer from installing something backwards or upside down. You have probably seen this, little stickers with A-A, B-B, C-C, etc.

The team at VersaDesk was easy to work with from Sales through to Customer Service. I was sent an incorrect control box for my desk and after some troubleshooting, the correct box was sent out to me overnight. Loving my new desk!
Our Christmas Presents to US :-)
We placed the order before Christmas and our expected delivery is on 1/23/2024. When checking on the status of our order, Customer Service (Ariel) responded quickly and provided an update. Upon notification our order was shipped, I contacted Customer Service again to see how I could track my order. Ariel responded again and advised how to track it. I also asked another question, and she replied she would check with her Engineers and email me with the answer. As promised, Ariel emailed with the answer to my inquiry. All in all, VersaTables customer service is remarkable! Thank you!
Excellent Customer Service/Support
I ordered a desk on 12/31 but hadn't received an update going on 2 weeks. When I reached out for an update, Ariel was quick to respond and let me know when I can expect it to ship. That was good enough for me, but when my order did ship she went out of her way to reach out to me and confirm the item shipped. I really appreciated that she took the initiative to follow up and not just forget about my request.

Update: The table arrived in excellent condition, but missing two parts and wouldn't work. We contacted customer service and they helped us identify the missing parts and troubleshoot the way the cords were plugged in. We now have the table working fine, and the missing parts are on the way. (The missing parts provide extra security on the legs, but the table operates without them.)
Solid Product, Responsive Customer Service
As a first-time customer with VersaTables, I'm so far satisfied with the quality of the product and customer service offered. The items arrived in good condition, pulled and packed neatly with all parts and manuals included. Assembly was no problem. The Service team was a great help, as they were prompt in responding to emails with answers to my questions about my order. I'd definitely consider shopping with VersaTables in the future.
