Box Japan

The quality of the products I have a 12-month subscription Japan and it's crazy surprises in taste or product

And especially price level it is unbeatable the shipping costs for boxes coming from Japan itself it is extremely expensive I find the only thing here you have to be patient to send them but the customer service is quick to respond I am thinking of taking over a 12-month subscription of the Japan box

Scam not to be trusted

Done a trial for a month in 2022 and they sent me two boxes but I cancelled within the 30 days and now 3 years later they are demanding that I pay for missing boxes and that I signed up for a 12 month contract yet they never contacted me about this in the rest of 2022, 2023 and last year.

Why ask someone for money when you haven't requested before and why not fulfil these items to be sent anyways.

Just so happens to randomly pop up again, please do not trust this company. Thankfully my bank have declined the payments due to me blocking them in 2022 so saves me any chance of losing money and I would suggest you do the same with your bank.

Update: They have continued to attempt payment and I have been going round in circles with Gina their customer service agent. Who even admitted at one stage they acknowledged my cancellation but they still won't pestering me for my money and they told me to get in touch with the police as I mentioned this is fraud so I did police have forwarded me to action fraud who I have now communicated with. Now this company are saying I threatened them with police and action fraud when it was them who told me to contact the police. They are now threatening legal action and debt collectors, not to mention they say they will attach contracts and other documents and all they have done is added a policy document which I will not be opening. As do not trust this company whatsoever.

I would advise anyone to contact their bank and action fraud and put in a complaint in about this as there's no other way to get around this. Make sure you get the payments blocked.

Hope to have a update soon from action fraud

Further update: This company have now emailed me today after a few days of leaving me alone to now tell me they'll cancel and refund any payment if I delete the reviews. I will not be doing that as my bank have blocked their payments so they haven't got anything to refund me.

Eventually got everything I ordered

I wrote a bad review in December 'cause I had to wait over 4 month for my package to arrive. The response wasn't too helpful at the beginning & it always said to check back after a week. That would've been a lot of checking back. I wished for a more accurate and honest response. But they sent a free apology-package & now the ordered box arrived too. Happy End.

The service is not bad, shady business practice is

The service is not bad, a bit overpriced, but it is a luxury after all.
On the other hand, the practice of automatically renewing the subscription for half a year after expiry is a bit scammy, I am still on the verge with the company, hopefully customer service will be able to solve my problem/
*Update: it is completely legal and was stated on the site that they will do it, but it is still not what you would except from a company as a valued customer
