Lamps come not the ways they been ordered. Instead of warm light you get cold blue bright retail type light.
As many said, the products on site look better then they actually are. It's not super bad, but rather so-so. Also comes without instructions, so hard to assemble

Rather poor quality as well

Update;) lamp lights started to change color… now I have one lamp with cold blue light and other 7 are warm…

Bed side lamp doesn’t hold up right and constantly falling down, one lamp today just fell off because connection screw is to small…

So out of the 7 lamps none is in order

Customer service sending me the new parcel. But I will have to pay for installation twice and frankly I don’t have a high hope that quality will be better …

It’s never been delivered.
First of all i never received a track and trace and once i found out it was delivered at my neighbours house there was a sweater in the package instead of the product i ordered. The customer service replied but was not helpfull- they havent sent a new product.

Poor quality products - the lights I bought were not properly finished with the wood print on the sides. After complaining that the product is of poor quality and defective, this is the response from the customer service. "The sides cannot be painted during production due to the manufacturing process. This is a normal characteristic of the product and does not affect its quality or functionality."

If I wanted just functioning lights, I would have just bought a lightbulb. The quality and aesthetics of the product are why I would choose a product.

I would warn future customers that the products do not appear as high-quality as the website suggests.

** p/s edit: Customer service tried to resolve the issue fairly, offering a refund, but only after I insisted the product is defective. Overall, I would say the customer service did a good job in the end, but I maintain that the products were not worth the price, my time and headache over this experience.

DROP SHIPPING COMPANY, products from China, delivery took a long time and returns at your own cost to China. No different from Temu or SHEIN.

FYI - Other brands under this company, Astra Brands B.V., include: Auralie.nl, Bellavine.nl (looks like this one has been shut down), Bonuze.nl

Echo what the recent bad reviews says. Dropshipping website of crappy quality products from China. The light works, but it does not have good/high quality as it presents on the website. Disappointing product.
Considering to return it, but it says return shipping to China...
