I’m currently on day 11 after my hair transplant and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Vera.
Before Vera, I visited Cosmedica Clinic and it felt very high-volume, like a factory. After meeting with the tech, I didn’t feel comfortable and asked them to remove the IV from my arm. That was my sign it wasn’t the right place for me.
I reached out to Vera (I’d already been speaking with them) and they were able to get me in the same day, later in the day. From the moment I arrived, it was a night-and-day difference. Every step felt calm, professional, and truly patient-focused. They explained everything clearly and I felt taken care of the entire time.
Their follow-up and check-ins have been fantastic too. I’m so happy I made the switch, and I highly recommend Vera if you want excellent care and a team that genuinely supports you throughout the process.

Great experience across the board
The clinic was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier - great experience across the board. The clinic arranged the hotel (which was great), and transfers to and from the hotel to the clinic. The clinic is very clean and modern, people speak very good English. I feel especially taken care of after the treatment - I have a dedicated contact Burcu, who is messaging me to check on the process and is very quick to response to any of my queries. Everything is healing nicely and I can't wait for the results (it's only been 2 weeks since the procedure). Recovery was quite smooth - much better than expected. Barely got any swelling! I recommend this clinic and will be back if I need to get a 2nd transplant.
Oh, and a special shoutout to Nilay who was my consultant before the treatment! She sent me tons of useful info before the operation and even went the extra mile to answer some entry requirements queries :)

A friend recommended this clinic to me, and after a little research, I quickly decided to go there. My treatment took place at the end of 2025, and I haven't regretted my decision at all. You receive support from the very beginning, throughout your stay and the surgery, and even afterward. At the clinic, you always have someone with you or available to answer your questions, waiting times are practically nonexistent, and everything is modern and clean. I highly recommend the complete package, including the hotel stay and aftercare, as you don't want to worry about anything during your stay anyway. I will definitely recommend the Vera Clinic.

My journey with the Vera Clinic
I had been considering a hair transplant for some time and came across the Vera Clinic during my search. After some research, I decided to contact them, and from the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. My consultant, Tolga, provided me with comprehensive information and took the time to discuss everything thoroughly with me. Tolga was available at any time of day and offered support and advice. All my questions were answered expertly, which made me feel confident from the start. So, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I had my appointment at the beginning of this year, and I am absolutely thrilled. From the airport pickup to the stay in a 5-star hotel and the treatment itself at the clinic, everything was fantastic. The clinic is truly modern, clean, and welcoming.The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they even provide an interpreter if needed. The transplant itself went very well, and the work done was excellent. I was also very pleased with the aftercare following the surgery; they provide personalized advice on aftercare products. The follow-up care via WhatsApp is also absolutely fantastic. My consultant, Merve, takes wonderful care of me, giving me clear instructions on the next steps and sending me reminders for the necessary care routines.
My conclusion: I highly recommend the Vera Clinic and would choose this clinic again without hesitation. You receive outstanding care and feel completely at ease from beginning to end. Therefore, 5 stars for the Vera Clinic!

About 2 weeks post transplant but I will say so far so good. Donor area is healing nicely no over harvesting that I can see which was one of my biggest concerns going into this. This was my second visit to Vera and I can honestly say from start to finish the whole experience is as good as you could wish for. Everything is well organised and you are made to feel very well looked after. I had requested the same surgeon as previously and Vera delivered.
