The whole team were excellent and helpful. We dealt with Darren who made sure we had all the time we needed to make a decision, no high pressure selling. Just competent, honest advice which for Campervan newbies, is just what we needed. We are delighted with the van we have chosen and will definitely look at Venture first when it comes round to replacing it.

From the moment that we walked into the compound to view, to today, (pickup day) we have felt like part of a family!
Throughout the buying process, while waiting for optional extras to be filled and even purchasing accessories, everyone has been so helpful and more importantly, happy to help.
We are confident that we have made the right decision to buy a Redline Camper and look forward to many happy years as part of their community.

Bought our beautiful camper from new from Mark at his Daventry branch
Sold her back to them as cash sale at a very fair price .was .so nice when we arrived on forecourt to be greeted by Mark who remembered our names.
We reluctantly let her go as we are getting older and struggling a bit with no loo etc
Need something bigger I think.
Also we have been left a property in fuerteventura so we are there alot now as we r retired .so we are not getting the use off her
If we do decide to buy a bigger van we would definitely buy from Mark and team

Outstanding service from start to finish. Dave was so professional and personal with the exchanging of our caravan. Nothing was to much trouble.
This also applies to the workshops where we have had previous experience.
We would not hessite to recommend Venture Caravans.

We met with Dave Webb of Venture to look around a Burstner B66 594 TD Motorhome. This was our first time looking to purchase a Motorhome. It was a straightforward, smooth and enjoyable experience. From viewing and deposit to final purchase and handover day (4 weeks) we were supported by him by email and phone in addressing all our questions and requests. If Dave wasn't available, his colleagues were equally knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent service. After purchasing a used Bailey unicorn cadiz from them, we found a couple of issues. We contacted Adam from after sales who dealt with the issues brilliantly. Arranged collection of the van, rectified the problems and then returned the van. Brilliant, highly recommend.

We have been extremely impressed by this company’s helpfulness and professionalism following the purchase of our Swift 694 Champagne from Daventry. They have gone way beyond the extra mile to make sure we are happy. The after sales team have been fantastic. Special thanks to Victoria and Alan. On our initial arrival we had the opportunity to look around the motorhomes we were interested in. Spending time to look at a particular model we had seen advertised on their website. Only when we were ready did we speak with a member of the team. Their knowledge of the features, build quality of the model was second to none.
The negotiations with the purchase was simple and very upfront with no hidden punches. For once a pleasant experience.
This experience was repeated on the day of collection/handover. This being supported by a personal video from the member of the sales team explaining all features of the motorhome and the operating features of heating, water etc.
Venture caravan and motorhomes deserve this 5 star rating for a spot on experience.

What a great place to by a caravan
I saw there website and thought i would go have a look as not far from Northampton
There was 3 caravans i was interested in so thought on the off chance we just dropped in even though they recommended making an appointment
On arrival we walked in the shop and asked about the caravans i was interested in
We was introduced to Dave one of the sales guys who took us to view the 3 i was interested in
He left us alone no pressure to look around them on our own any questions was answered after we had looked
I asked about part exchange he gave us a rough price and told us to bring it over for a valuation
We took it over and they offered us more than they first thought without seeing it
We agreed and left our part exchange with them
2 weeks later they sent us a handover video which went through everything about the caravan which was realy helpful
We picked up are new to us caravan this morning and are over the moon with it
New tyres fitted serviced valeted all looking pristine

Overall really grateful that Mark C and Dave B were able to help us out and get us into a new van. Just a couple of attention to detail points that could have been avoided.

Dave as very helpful. The communication and advice he provided throughout the process was excellent. He made the purchase very easy. The video guide for the campervan was really helpful. All the staff were friendly and we were even picked up at the train station to make collection day easier for us!

Very helpful and personable: nothing was too much trouble- Darren and the rest of the staff were first rate in all communications and in person.

I had issues with my motorhome heating system. I diagnosed the issue, it still failed to operate.
I made an appointment (they fitted me in within 2 days.
I turned up they carried out a full diagnosis the new part was faulty???
and suggested i get a replacement from my supplier. I did and the heating is fully operational.
I was very impressed with the efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. I will be using them again without doubt, whatever the issue.
